The Orchard is our luxurious custom built Shepherd's Hut for two, set on a working farm surrounded by idyllic nature. Enjoy amazing views of the surrounding rolling countryside, a perfect tranquil location. Appointed to a high standard with underfloor heating, the sizeable open plan living space has a bespoke fitted kitchen, oven, hob, dining table, smart TV and double bed. Ensuite bathroom with luxurious shower. Large outdoor seating area with combi firepit/BBQ swing arm for you to relax.

This 400 yr old barn retains many original features, including oak beams. There is a large lounge/kitchen/diner with double bedroom and bathroom (ground floor-suitable for guests with limited mobility), twin bedroom and bathroom (lower ground floor). A 3rd single bed can be added for a fifth guest. Set in 54 acres of traditional farmland, there are stunning, scenic walks from the doorstep. Kendal, Bowness : 20 min drive. . 2 night minimum stay at weekends. Earlier check in is often possible.

The Old Potting Shed is a romantic hideaway for two set in the walled garden of the owners' house with its own private entrance. The retreat is totally secluded, but still just a minutes walk to Sedbergh's lovely pubs and cafes. It's the perfect base: head out walking in the hills straight from your door or use our electric bikes to explore the quiet lanes. When you get back, soak in the wood fired hot tub and enjoy a drink on the terrace while admiring the wonderful view of the fells.

Bright and cheerful ensuite studio flat on the edge of the Lake District National Park. Great views of Helvellyn and High Street. Lake District hikes, cycling or sightseeing within a few minutes. There is a small well equipped kitchen with hob, fridge and microwave for preparing light meals. The local pub is a 10 minute walk and serves excellent food with other good food pubs just down the road. Guests are welcome to share use of our BBQ corner with fabulous view of the mountains.
