Mark's place was as described and as pictured. Furniture and bed was comfortable. Place was clean, secure and a quiet building. Nice pool. The area is nice and you can walk to downtown attractions and restaurants. The free trolley was 2 blocks away. I rode it at night and felt safe walking the 2 blocks to rental. Kitchen was stocked to cook and had spices 😊. He answered my questions quickly and I had no problems. I would stay again.

We had a great stay with little complications. The communication was abundant, and the instructions were very clear. The condo is located within walking distance to the free Tampa Trolly as well as the water Taxi for exploring the city. It is on the second from the top floor, so the views were beautiful. I would definitely book this again without question.

Had a great time staying here, the apartment was clean, easy to access and felt safe. There was some construction going on just across the street, but it wasn’t terribly loud. The location of this Airbnb is great, easy to get around and central to Tampa as well as surrounding areas. Host was also extremely responsive! I will be here again some time soon.

This place was perfect for us: great location and exactly as described. We really enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive and helpful, if I ever need to go back to Tampa, I would not hesitate to stay at this place.

Close to everything, especially the airport. Beautiful pool area. Good neighborhood. Spacious rooms. Felt very comfortable there. We would definitely stay again!

This was our second stay here. The hosts are helpful and friendly. The house is perfect: well stocked, very clean, great location and amazing pool that our kids love. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back!

We loved our stay here, the check-in was easy and the checkout instructions were reasonable and helped make our travel smooth. Close proximity to Ybor City, we gave our stay five stars. 👍

Only suggestion would be in each of the bedrooms to have a couple of small tables or inexpensive dressers to store clothing. This is the third year in a row we have stayed at this location and each time we have thoroughly enjoyed it and highly recommend staying here.

The air bnb was more than we could have ever asked for our daughter’s wedding weekend. Not only was the location perfect, every single aspect of this place felt comfortable, clean and well appointed. This place could have been in a designer magazine. The beds were very comfortable too. Thank you for accommodating us on a week’s notice after our other location cancelled. So many compliments from the bridal party who came in for getting ready before the wedding also. Thank you from the bottom of our heart 💍💕

Mrs. Oslayda's home was visually better than the pictures. Her home was BEAUTIFUL and in a nice and very quiet neighborhood. Checking in was swift and very easy. Mrs. Oslayda was very swift with responding and jumping on and fixing a problem we had. We really enjoyed our stay and will most definitely recommend to friends and family, as well as rent again.

Michael was a great host, we would definitely stay here again.

Communication was very good and timely with host. Home was very nice and clean. Beds are very comfortable. I’d recommend staying here and will definitely stay here in the future.

The horse said she was really nice. The place is so clean really friendly a nice place relaxed place. I love it.

We had a great time. Sandy was very helpful by letting us check in late and helping us get through the community gate and settle in. She was also available during our stay for questions as needed. Unit fit what we needed for our stay and worked out great. As an extra bonus we found the bed very comfortable so that added to the rest and relaxation. Neighbors were great and also made the stay very enjoyable. We will be back and looking forward to working with Sandy in the future.

Barbara and Henri were great hosts… their condo was well equipped with everything you could think of! The patio on the canal was the most perfect place to sit and enjoy morning coffee and/or afternoon and evening cocktails! It’s a very tranquil setting watching fish jump! The community is very social and friendly, the pickleball/tennis courts, basketball and shuffle board are all right across the street from the condo, the main club house is a short walk right around the corner and has a gorgeous pool overlooking the Tampa Bay where we saw Manatee and Dolphins! The condo is in a gated community so it’s very safe and well manicured. There are great places for taking walks, either along the water or on the streets within the gated community, as well as in the neighborhoods next door. Restaurants, drug stores and grocery stores are all close by. We will be back!

Marie was an amazing host—extremely responsive and attentive to all our needs! Her condo was perfect for our long stay, providing everything we could have possibly needed. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The community amenities were a bonus, with large, beautiful pools and a stunning view of Tampa Bay that made our stay even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend staying here!
