Located in the traditional fisherman's village of Skinopi just next to the shore, it will offer you exceptional holidays away from stressful .Daily life If we have to give a name to that house..it would be the house of colors! Introducing all tones of colors of a daytime like sky's blue and sun's gold or even orange and purple of a sunset. Also night's dark hues have been set as an illusion between moon and stars.

Sea&Sunset view villa | 300m from Parasporos Beach

Our cosy villa is built according to Greek Cycladic architecture. Its prime location benefits of the walking distance from the sea(about 300 m) and the close proximity to the vivid center of Parikia which is known for shopping, dinner and drinks. The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests, giving them also the opportunity to relax outdoors, since the villa offers various exterior sitting and dining spaces, including a BBQ area. It is undeniably the perfect choice for families or group of friends!

An open space beach house, of 60 s.m. for 6 pax with 1 double bed, 2 sofa beds and 2nd room with 2 single beds very stylish and comfortable. It is decorated with boho and cozy design styling combined with Cycladic culture. The house has direct access to a sea view veranda, with a big dining table. It is situated on a small bay, with similar moon white rocks as Sarakiniko that form a secluded cove in front of the house, together with Aqua house 1 & 3. Welcome basket with local products offered.

Ikia Kriton is tradition Cave House with Private Jacuzzi in Imerovigli village blessed with breathtaking views of Caldera and ideally placed to discover the whole island.Totally renovated in 2021 from an old town house,the elegant minimalist building fully embraced local architecture and traditional features whilst tastefully combining local handcrafted furniture with modern flourishes and offers abundant space to relax indoor-outdoor.

Capetan Nikolas Boat House

In the quietest area of this fishing village there is a two storey boat house . On the 1st floor, the apartment of Captain Nicolas named from the initial owner, built with stone and natural materials. In a particular Cycladic architecture (cave house) , makes the visitor travel through time, experiencing an old time, simple way of life with all modern facilities by the sea. Due to the natural construction of the boat house the temperature is maintained in natural conditions.
