The tiny home is architecturally designed featuring white washed birch plywood, concrete style panels and brushed nickel fixtures. Our large deck and awning allows you to sit out and enjoy the fresh air regardless of the weather. The views span across the rolling highland hills and paddocks filled with horses.

We have lovingly restored it with a country cottage kitchen, hand crafted interior finishes, a comfortable mezzanine bedroom and a deck and barbeque area to maximise guests’ enjoyment of the beautiful rainforest surrounds. The Lazy Duck is just 300m walk from the center of town yet has a feeling of being on top of the world. Stunning views over the Morton National Park from one of the highest points in town. Looking into Kangaroo Valley. It is right next door to Osborn House, on its own private fenced block. The cottage is nestled in the trees with a huge picture window. You won’t forget your time in this romantic and memorable place.
