My host allowed me to check in early. She was very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a smooth and comfortable stay. The area is quiet so someone coming from a city like me may think it is more quiet than normal. ( No issue with the area being quiet, it’s just my opinion) but that is good for those who want some peace and quiet on their stay. The night life and dinner spots are close and no more than ten minutes away driving. Overall the Airbnb was clean and I have no complaints!

this was 100% absolutely perfect stay for me and my wife! everything was just a 5-10 minute drive away. The beach was beautiful and very close! Barry was an amazing super host! The place was private and very clean! The pool and the Hot tub are very well taken care of! We felt right at home! plus the location would be hard to beat. very close to a Walmart and Cuzines right down the road! coasters for a great beer selection! ten out of ten recommend

We had an awesome stay at the Carmen Cottage. Cottage was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the great view of the Indian River from our front porch. Perfect spot for our morning coffee. Our other favorite spot was the nice big dock with comfy chairs. My husband enjoyed fishing from the dock. He caught a few different species of fish. We saw dolphins, sharks and manatees from the dock. The owner is so friendly and kind. The grounds are so colorful with a large variety of landscaping plants. We had a wonderful and memorable time and have already booked another stay for next year. The suggestion to check out The Old Fish House was much appreciated. They have the best food at reasonable a price. We ordered the shrimp and mahi-mahi. Both were the best we have ever had. Can’t wait to go back next year. I also want to mention how Pam was instrumental in assisting us in changing a reservation to extend our stay at Carmen. 👍 Overall great experience!

This place is in such a great location. Walking distance to most of the Cocoa Beach Attractions, including the Pier. Stayed in the Duplex, it was very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely stay again.

Excellent stay, and so much to do in the area within walking distance . Beautiful property and location. Very responsive, professional, and helpful hosts! I look forward to staying with Christie again in the future.

If you are looking to disconnect from the hustle of city life, even just for a day, this off-grid tiny home is the perfect retreat. The host, Andrea, was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions. My husband and I enjoyed a guided tour of the farm (thank you, Jim!), where we tasted fresh berries, cherries, guava, and nisperos—picking ripe fruit straight from the trees was such a treat! We also had access to the lake, relaxing on the dock while watching a breathtaking sunset. This stay was truly a refreshing experience, and we can't wait to return!

Barry was one of the best hosts we had. The place was perfect and clean. The pool was great and very close to beach. He takes great pride in the outdoor gardens and it looks fabulous. We will for sure be back.

Clear Landing was the perfect getaway! Hosted by Kathleen, this charming Airbnb is nestled on 2 acres of land within 53,000 acres of forest, offering ultimate privacy and coziness. Our dog had plenty of room to run and play, and the space was impeccably clean and well-organized. Kathleen truly thought of everything—wine, lotion, pads, extra sheets—making it feel like home. Plus, it's conveniently located near a public area with countless trails and spring waters, which we thoroughly enjoyed exploring. Highly recommend for a peaceful and adventure-filled stay!
