Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Beautiful two bedroom two bath home on a waterfront lot with dock. Full kitchen. Large living room with two sleeper sofas. Large patio area with gas grill and plenty of seating. Laundry now included. Dock has 2 kayaks available for use. Lot includes fire ring. WiFi included. Ark Encounter, Creation Museum are all less than an hour drive. Great spot for fishing. Deadline in the evening for catfish and spinners in the morning for bass.

This small, 1 room, new tiny house called “The Lite House” is decorated shabby chic and located in a beautiful wooded setting facing a cove at a marina with views of the water on the Ohio River. Catch beautiful sunrises here. There are shared places on the property guests can use while staying, a covered shelter with grills, supplies, tables, chairs, fire pit, side walks. The Little Farm House

There are no bathrooms upstairs however, there are two bedrooms and each bedroom has a queen size bed and two twins beds built in the wall. Beautiful scenery no matter what side of the house your on.
