Panoramic tarrace small studio

The small studio (18 sqm) is located at the most beautiful and well-known point of Ioannina, just few steps from the lake and thethe pier where the boats departs to the island . The studio and its large terrace offers panoramic view of the lake, the castle, the traditional settlement, the city and the mountains. All the monuments and museums of the city are within a 10-minute walk. There are cafes and restaurants in the area. A little further is the lively pedestrian street of the old market.

Meteora Shelter II

Το Meteora Shelter II είναι ένα πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο στούντιο, που βρίσκεται στην παλιά πόλη της Καλαμπάκας, στους πρόποδες των Μετεώρων. Μια εκπληκτική θέα είναι εδώ για εσάς. Σε 2 λεπτά ξεκινά το μονοπάτι για τα μοναστήρια των Μετεώρων (Αγίας Τριάδας, Αγίου Στεφάνου και όλους τους βράχους) για να μην αναφέρουμε το γεγονός ότι το κέντρο της Καλαμπάκας απέχει μόλις 7 λεπτά με τα πόδια (2 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο). Για το κέντρο της πόλης, υπάρχουν συχνά δρομολόγια λεωφορείου από το Πανεπιστήμιο. Η περιοχή είναι μέσα στη φύση, ήρεμη και ευνοεί τη χαλάρωση. Το διαμέρισμα είναι αυτόνομο με δική του είσοδο.
