Η θέα είναι απλά μοναδική καθώς το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στο υψηλότερο σημείο του λιμανιού στο κέντρο του νησιού. Οι αποστάσεις κοντινές προς όλες τις παραλίες είτε με τα πόδια είτε με κάποιο όχημα. Welcome to the cosmopolitan island of Skiathos! The Bohemian Townhouse "Ground floor", is a recently renovated flat located close to the central church, opposite of a traditional tavern with live music. It is only a 4-minute walk to the port area and 7 minutes away from the public parking lot of Acropolis. The Ground floor accommodates 2 people. It features a double bed 2,00χ1,50 and built-in wardrobe plus iron and a fully equipped kitchen. There is private bathroom with a washing machine.

Spacious apartment in Skiathos town with balcony. Ideal for a small family or two couples. The apartment has a living area and dining/kitchen area with washing machine.The living area has a corner sofa bed which converts into a double bed. A spiral staircase leads to the bedroom on the second floor with a double bed. The apartment is situated close to the ring road on a quiet residential street. It’s a 2 minute walk to bus stop and supermarket and 5 minute walk to the centre of town.

Χαλαρώστε σε αυτόν τον ήσυχο χώρο, περιτριγυρισμένο από ελαιώνα και κήπο. Στο λόφο πάνω από το χωριό των Ροβιών σε απόσταση 10 λεπτών με το αυτοκίνητο από το χωριό και την παραλία (χωματόδρομος σε καλή κατάσταση). Η Ντίνα και ο Τάκης θα σας φιλέψουν φρούτα και λαχανικά, ενώ μπορείτε να κάνετε το δικό σας μπάρμπεκιου στην αυλή του συγκροτήματος. Το διαμέρισμα είναι νεόδμητο 30 τ.μ., με άνετους χώρους και βεράντα. Δε δεχόμαστε κατοικίδια (υπάρχουν 3 σκυλιά και 5 γάτες στο χώρο).
