Stylish and quirkily decorated house on Skopelos Island, the iconic Mama Mia movie location. Coming with lots of art and luxury. Kyria Florence is combining aesthetic, comfort, seclusion and privacy. The stunning stone house is fully renovated, a private walled terrace acces a well stocked kitchen. Open stairs lead to the bedroom with platform double bed and a wall of fitted wardrobes, with fire place. 2 window door lead to the traditional front balcony which offers wonderful seaviews.

The house is situated in Votsi,in a quiet,silent residential area. It has a stunning view of the port and its crystal clear water. It is close to the astonishing beach of Spartines,wich is reacheable only by a small path and is always almost deserted. The apartment is a mix of 80's and old furnitures,with a modern touch. Το σπίτι βρισκεται σε μια κατάφυτη περιοχή με καταπληκτική θέα μόλις 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από τη χώρα της Σκιαθου.Το σπίτι χωρίζεται σε δυο επίπεδα.Κάτω βρισκεται ένα ευρύχωρο σαλόνι κι η τραπεζαρία,μια μεγάλη κουζίνα κι ένα άνετο μπάνιο.από εδώ υπάρχει πρόσβαση στη βεράντα η οποία διαθέτη τραπεζαρία και μαγευτική θέα.Στο πάνω επίπεδο βρίσκονται δυο υπνοδωμάτια και μια τουαλέτα.Έξω υπάρχει μεγάλος κήπος με χωρο στάθμευσης,μπάρμπεκιου και χώρους ανάπαυσης.Δεν υπάρχει αστική συγκοινωνία.

The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 1,5 kitchens, 3 bathrooms and 1 WC. In total, 150sqm. It can accomodate 6 persons( Three couples plus 3 -4 children ) . Outdoors, the house offers an extremely fantastic sea view from its terrace. The distance to the beach is only 50m , 9km away from the port Patitiri and only 5 minutes walk from Steni Vala.

The Bougainvillea

Welcome to The Bougainvillea! Named after the tree flooding the living room with pink light, home is centrally located, peaceful and sustainably furnished with the finest work of local craftspeople and artists. It’s 150 metres from the Skopelos harbour and offers Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and a washing machine. The Bougainvillea can comfortably sleep five people: two in each double bedroom and one in the study. A sixth person could sleep on the kitchen built-in sofa.

In total the house has 3 spacious bedrooms each one with double beds and one of them has a loft with two single beds. The house has 3 bathrooms. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.
