Small yet comfortable, private self contained, fully air conditioned room with ensuite, set amongst magnificent trees and garden in top residential area. It has its own lockable entrance and is only 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive to the centre of town - 10 minute drive to wineries and the Omaka Aviation Centre. Microwave, electric fry pan, toaster, small fridge, cutlery, crockery and glassware included. Note: no cook top or oven. The unit also has a Smart TV with Netflix & Freeview.

We welcome all guests to our bright, spacious and warm room. An easily accessible property from the main roads with off street parking, we are a 25 minute walk from central Blenheim and a 5 minute walk to the beautiful Pollard park gardens and a golf course. The room has an ensuite, smart TV, Wi-Fi, small kitchen suitable for reheating food with tea & coffee, a microwave, a toaster, a small fridge and a BBQ on the deck for your use. Breakfast of toast and cereals are in the room.

Just a short drive to Marlboroughs finest wineries, food and the glorious Marlborough Sounds. Blenheim town is 10 minutes drive, Picton ferry terminal is 20 minutes away, wineries just down the road and the Blenheim airport is 10 minutes away. Separate from the main house our private guest house is self contained and fully equipped, perfect for a couple or business person.

It has great views over the vineyard and is quiet and secluded despite being close to all amenities and the outstanding range of vineyards that Marlborough has to offer. Feel free to stroll our vineyard and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of it's rural location. Please note: due to being a working vineyard our property is not suitable or safe, for infants or children.
