Spring Hill : locations d'appartements de vacances

We stayed with at Tom's place for one month. It is on the second level but easy access. Street noise is noticeable as the music from the local favorite, Brians Place. Music is not excessive loud and usually done by 11 PM (only weekends). Cleanliness was very good, except 3 unwashed dishes, the previous renters put back in the cabinets. It is a very nice unit. anand spacious

The bed was so comfortable and the bedroom was quiet and dark with black out curtains. We slept really well there. The property checked off all our must haves including a comfy couch, table to eat at, washer/dryer, great shower pressure and temp. All around a nice stay. The host had wonderful communication and answered all questions in a timely manner. Check in and self locking door with handy keypad was helpful. I would recommend staying here.

Every detail was attended to right down to the fresh smell of the pillows!! She had snacks, water bottles and more importantly, ice! And it was not freezer burned, who knows how long it was there ice. Cute little coffee shop about a minute walk right behind the apartment. Convenient off street parking; quiet, safe & secure. Marilyn was very quick to respond to all communication from booking to good-bye. She was quite gracious letting me check in early. Her place is a short drive Treasure Island beach and even shorter to downtown St. Pete activities. Definitely highly recommend staying here. You won't be disappointed.

Shower head needs to be updated very dark inside owners need to do a lot of update

Very clean, comfortable bed, had everything we needed. Private entry, felt secure! We could have not asked for a more perfect accommodation! We would definitely stay at Richards place again!!!

Kathy was a great host! The place is in an awesome location, very clean and made us feel right at home. Super close to the water and loved that Kathy provided beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, towels, etc). Highly recommend this place, will definitely be back! :)

Nice little apartment in a quiet neighborhood near down town. Clean with a private entrance and small private outdoor area.

Super cute, clean, and charming in a perfect location for getting anywhere you need to in St. Pete. The unit was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. Gwen was very communicative and helpful.

I had a great stay at Yairely’s house in Tampa, Florida. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located, making it easy to get around the city. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

I had a very nice stay at this lovely little Airbnb. The place had everything I needed and was perfect for a solo trip or for couples looking for a peaceful getaway. It's located in a super calm area, which made it ideal for unwinding and recharging. The pool was just a short walk away and was always clean and well-maintained—a great bonus for relaxing in the sun. The host’s parents live next door and were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay feel even more comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth both before and during the stay, which I really appreciated. All in all, a great experience. I would definitely recommend it!

Our unit on Madeira Beach was just as expected! Very clean and modern. There was some morning traffic noise but that was expected by reading the previous reviews, but it’s a great location! Easy access to John’s Pass/Hubbard’s Marina, restaurants and the beach! Our host was very responsive as well. If I was staying longer, laundry on-site would be great and more kitchen supplies too. Otherwise, everything was great! My son enjoyed using the PlayStation during downtime! 😉 Would definitely stay here again. 😃

Awesome stay! Host was extremely helpful with all my needs & accommodations, beautiful patio and amazing hot tub! Also the cleanliness was excellent. 10/10 recommend.

As a group of women traveling, safety is always a priority when booking a stay. The neighborhood and area were quaint and quiet, and the apartment was the perfect landing spot after enjoying food and drinks in beautiful St. Pete. Thank you!

Amazing time at Russell’s place. The view was absolutely beautiful and the location was perfect, close to everything you needed and local beaches. We even seen dolphins in the bay pretty well every night! Russell was very responsive, kind and helpful and the condo was perfect. Super clean, everything you needed and super comfy bed! Will be back !!

We just celebrated our 40th anniversary in Dunedin and our stay at the GroveKeeper Collective made our visit extra special. It was very peaceful with amazing surroundings. It was lovely to stay at Eagles Nest! The location was great - just steps from a relaxing biking/running path on the waterside, and a short walk to the shops/restaurants in Dunedin. The apartment was quite spacious, the beds were comfortable, full service kitchen, and everything was very clean. The walls are a little thin but the hosts provided ear plugs on the night stands which was a thoughtful touch. We have young children, and always travel with a sound machine which worked perfectly for us. We did not get the opportunity to enjoy the spa or pool, hopefully during our next visit!
