Our stay at the cottage was exactly what we were looking and hoping for. It had everything we needed and even some things we didn't realize we needed (love the smiley-face pancake pan). Katrina was very helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend and would definitely be a place we would re-book!

The cabin exceeded our expectations. It was a rainy weekend but with the hot tub, games to play, available books and plenty of natural light- it didn’t feel dreary. We commented a few times on how quiet and comfortable the space was for us. We took advantage of the local recommendations for food, wine and beer tastings and enjoyed it all! There was a guest log book and the recs from other guests helped guide us also. We went there to reconnect and spend time with each other for an early anniversary trip. (17 years next month) and we got exactly what we wanted! The hosts were attentive and friendly. Would definitely stay there again! But now I also need to buy a Blackstone grill and hot tub for home. 😂

This cozy cabin was the perfect winter break getaway for our family. We loved the fireplace, loft area/game room, and hot tub. The beds were very comfortable and there is lots of nature/outdoor activities to enjoy nearby as well as being close to a town with grocery store, restaurants, and other stores.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful cabin! It felt cozy, secluded, and the perfect escape from everyday life. The sauna, hot tub, and gym were such a bonus and really added to the experience. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, rejuvenating weekend getaway!

We have stayed at this home twice. And this stay was even more elevated than the last. We loved the little changes that were added year over year. Can’t wait to return!

Joel’s place was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of hiking and wine/beer tasting in various parts of the Finger Lakes. The location offered the perfect amount of peace and tranquility to relax. The hot tub was a nice addition and definitely came in handy after the active day we had. Everything inside was as described and cozy, offering everything we could possibly need to make our stay complete. Joel was an amazing host with excellent communication right from the time we booked until we checked out. We would definitely recommend Joel’s place to anyone looking to enjoy the area. We really loved it here! This place is the definition of cozy vibes. We saw deer, birds, heard owls, and even spotted a turtle perched on a tree in the pond. The hot tub was super clean, perfectly placed, and very relaxing. The decor was full of unique antiques and fun fishing touches (my husband’s favorite). The kitchen was well-stocked, including tupperware, ziplocks, and travel coffee cups—perfect for taking coffee on the go. The host thoughtfully had firewood ready for the firepit, which we appreciated, even though rain kept us from using it. We played a nostalgic game that brought us back to our childhood and had so many laughs. The host was kind, quick to respond, and gave us a great local tip for kayaking. I'm going to pass it along and also recommend checking out Sugar Creek for a peaceful paddle and fishing spot. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a cute little place. Very clean, bright and open layout. Comfortable beds. Love the outdoor area with the creek flowing in the background. Simple and easy to find. Very peaceful and relaxing away from the cities.

Sally and the Swan Cove Cottage were incredible! Sally was very responsive and accommodating. The cottage itself was ideal. Due to the loss of my dad in December, I booked on fairly short notice and headed north! The cottage was close to friends so that I could visit with them, or enjoy the peace of the cottage. It being the beginning of January, the porch may not have gotten the use it could’ve, but I loved the option. I arrived very early am, and the cottage was warm and ready. Thank you Sally for an incredible stay!

This Airbnb was very clean and made me feel like I was at home. It was very easy to find and get inside and I would definitely book it again when given the chance.

Rushad's guesthouse was great! I visited with my wife and our toddler in the winter, and it was extremely nice to escape the city, enjoy peace and quiet, and relax by the fire. We had some nice little walks around the pond in the snow—it was really peaceful and just what we needed. The only little things that weren't completely as expected were that the property is mostly just a big open field, without much to explore (in the cold weather especially,) and the main house is actually quite close. It didn't feel as private as I had hoped. But overall, a great stay.

we decided on a 5 day family vacation with my 2 boys and our French bulldog. we wanted something unique, off grid, peaceful and where we can connect as a family after a busy summer. the tiny oak cabin delivered all of the above. we were surrounded by beautiful scenery, forestry and incredible sunsets. fresh farm eggs were available for purchase as well as firewood making it easy to access! Andrea and her family were so pleasant and let my boys feed the farm baby goats. what a great experience from beginning to end. would definitely recommend!!!!

Jeff and Jen were amazing hosts! Try friendly, super helpful! The cottage was absolutely perfect. Just what we needed for a peaceful weekend with friends away from the city. It is right in the water and my golden retriever was super happy about that. The beds and furniture were clean and very comfortable. Everything we needed was in the kitchen and the one thing we couldn’t find (just coffee filters) were provided to us right away. Had a cozy fire the last night and made the perfect s’mores. I will definitely be booking this again, for a longer period and when it’s warm enough for me to go swimming with my dog! Thank you for being the perfect hosts!

I really enjoyed my stay! Such a close drive from the city and still very beautiful! I had so much doing all of the activities on the lake. I can’t wait to come back ❤️

My time here was very relaxing and worthwhile! The cabin was cute, cozy, and the land was beautiful. I loved sitting by the pond and having my morning coffee. If you walk to the edge of the woods in the morning, you can see spectacular sunrises because of how high in the valleys you are. I came during spring before things bloomed, but I would totally come here again during the fall or summer.

This Airbnb is such a hidden gem! Located within the resort you are surrounded by super friendly folks but have enough space in the cottage and in your private fire pit to have some great time with your guests! The host was very responsive and made sure we knew about the corn roast and BBQ (which was phenomenal). Tons of activities and the view was so lovely. Never seen so many stars in my life. The host was also so fast to accommodate us when the wifi had connection issues and dealt with it in a very fast timely manner and it was smooth sailing from there. Definitely on my list to return to!

The cabin is in a wonderful secluded part of the woods. The stream running nearby is the cherry in top for serenity and ultimate peace. John and Steohanie were super friendly and helpful in getting me the fireplace started as it was still quite chilly some days and nights. The cabin is very cozy, comes with all necessary amenities. I definitely packed extra but there were utensils, pots and pans, propane stove top, bbq, a propane fridge and cozy comforters and linen on the beds. They even had coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and kettle for hot water. They have definitely thought it out well. The outhouse was also clean and well maintained. Visit from Nugget was also a great surprise and nice to have moments of some company in the wilderness. I had saved some burger for Nugget but sadly, didn't see her again. Oh well. Def would visit again! Next time would love to meet Nova! :)

This place is a gem. Surrounded by old cedar trees - it’s comfortable and peaceful. A creek runs through the back of the property, and circles around a fire pit with muskoka chairs. The three level cabin is welcoming and warm. The second level has a large deck overlooking the back of the property, and there is treehouse vibe about it, especially spring/summer/fall. There are gas fireplaces on the lower and main levels that only add to the warmth of the space. Chantal is a great host. Everything is here for a real ‘retreat’ from the outside world. I’ll be back soon.

Excellent price, even better location for fishing the oak orchard river.
