Our apt. is 12 minutes to Petoskey's gaslight district, Boyne Mt's golf/waterpark, or Boyne City popular farmer's market.​​​​​

We are two blocks from the snowmobile trailhead with parking available for a trailer. We have a beautiful 4 season room added to the front of the house. We are within walking distance to the Driftwood restaurant. We share a parking lot, so we are close by if needed. This is the first floor of a two story building with renters in the upstairs. There is a dog on Property. The washer and dryer are located in the basement and free to use.
