Jenelle’s place is exceptional with lots of space, newly updated and very clean! You can easily walk to the old railroad path along Conception bay from the house and the closed in backyard was a great place for our Aussie to run.

We loved this place! It was peaceful and had a nice view. Only took us a few mins to drive downtown and easy to drive anywhere else. The bed was very comfortable and cozy. We will always stay here when we come to St. John’s.

The house was so cute and cozy. It has a lot of character also. I would definitely go back next time I am here.

Keith & Nancy are great hosts. Prompt, responsive, & attentive to our questions & flexible & generous in solving issues. The cottage is a gem of a place; nicely furnished with nice floors and lots of space, especially the loft upstairs, although the loft itself was not set up as a living space. Nonetheless, the beautiful rug and lovely clean floors in the loft gave a feeling of spaciousness and elegance which I loved. Somewhat challenging to manage were the low ceilings in the upstairs cute bedrooms ( really great for kids though) where we had to bend to maneuver bumping our heads. The sofa downstairs was a bit small & low for using on a long term stay as the cushions often slid forward. Notwithstanding that, the cottage was pleasant to be in with a nice kitchen that had lots of space. We got feelings of ease &relaxation from our stay in the cottage, with its soft, soothing colors and a sense of freshness & cleanness in the air which we valued a lot! Thank you Keith & Nancy!

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Kimberley’s place in St. John’s! There were so many personal touches, like packets of condiments, toiletries and personal hygiene amenities, bath robes, and more! Highly recommend a stay here!

My group and I's stay at The Captain was good, it was extremely clean and in a fantastic location downtown, close to some of the best shopping locations in St Johns. I was surprised by how spacious the house actually was, given that the houses in downtown St Johns tend to be generally small. The only major downside to our stay was that we didn't have working electricity in half the house and only a handful of the outlets actually worked. This did impact our stay quite a lot, with not being able to charge our phones and other electronics in the bedrooms. We only found out when we arrived and experienced it first hand at the house. Emily did apologize, saying that she tried to send a message about it but it didn't send. She left us two battery powered lamps and offered to bring more by, and additionally refunded us 30 dollars for the electricity issue. She was very quick to respond. The wi-fi was also extremely spotty and only worked about half the time. Overall we did enjoy our stay!

Beautiful spot. Love the openness of the kitchen and living area. Fireplace was gorgeous as well. Everything smelled and looked so clean and fresh. Will definitely be back. Also the hosts were so very responsive it was easy to get ahold of them if we had questions or concerns!

Beautiful place! My girlfriend loved it and appreciate all the little details. Great getaway for a couple.

It has always been my go to BNB in St John’s. Nothing can beat the hospitality and care of Peggy alongside the property’s amenities, features, location. Recommend it for future NL visitors as the best in town.

Quynh’s place was clean and cozy. When we arrived the large dish with a variety of snacks was a welcome sight after driving 8 hours. That was very much appreciated. The bedroom was large with a very comfortable bed and the bathroom was large with lots of room for getting dressed. This is very important when travelling for business. I would definitely book again.

Patricia’s place is fabulous. It was a home away from home. We had been travelling for over 24 hours - night flight from Calgary and were exhausted. Asked Patricia if we could check in early. She said she would let us know when her guest left and place cleaned. She was very accommodating. We got in early and were able to have a nap before going out that afternoon. The kitchen was very well outfitted for preparing meals. Space was perfect for two people exploring St. John’s and surrounding area. Great location to get to and from all our destinations. Apt was very quiet. Yard was lovely. Patricia and her husband very friendly. Would absolutely stay here again. I hope our other Air B and B’s on our travels measure up to this one!! Thank you Patricia for making our first days in Newfoundland so comfortable.

What a perfect spot! A beautiful, quiet neighbourhood. Ideally located for easy transportation to anywhere in the city. So cozy, clean, with all the touches of home! Thoughtfully appointed, with things I hadn’t even thought I’d appreciate! And the best part? I slept like a ROCK in the comfortable bed! Thank you Lori, for the wonderful stay, and for banishing the snow! Haha we will recommend to our friends and we will be back! ❤️

Our stay at Gail’s place was outstanding. The place was as advertised and a perfect location. Gail was a very friendly and considerate host who went out of her way to grind us some of her special coffee beans for breakfast and also let us have a late checkout. Would highly recommend her place and look forward to staying with her again.

The place was great. Close to Water and George streets. clean and comfortable. Host was excellent!

Julie is a very nice lady. She is very thoughtful and friendly. Her rental was really nice and clean. She definitely puts in an effort to make you feel at home.

We loved staying at Valerie's place. Everything was lovely and clean, and it seems like a basement apartment but there is absolutely no noise transfer from above! Centrally located and close to hospital which was important for us. This will be our go to for St.John's each and every time we go if it's available!
