We enjoyed our short stay here. Great location, easy to access, well furnished and spotless kitchen. Can't go wrong with this one.

The whole family really enjoyed staying at Sophie’s house and we would definitely stay again. The kids loved the pool and the tennis court and the overall size of the house meant that if you wanted a bit of peace and quiet you could also find that. Good walks nearby and a lovely part of the country.

Spacious accommodation with nice views. We were given clear instructions and met on arrival. The fireplace Waa an added bonus. Not far from the Spa Valley railway and other attractions. Recommend for a weekend away or even a longer stay.

A really excellent place for a stay, all the facilities you’d need, and presented beautifully. You enter through the kitchen, which opens out down a staircase into a stunning high-ceilinged lounge. Bathroom and twin bedroom are on the ground floor, and the master up a 2nd staircase. The place is clean and comfortable, and all the features feel are excellent quality and well kept.. Local amenities are a 1km walk away.

Andy's home was as described and was perfect for what we required. Andy was easy to communicate with and provided easy to understand instructions for check in and out and general info about the house and local area.

Perfect house - we were a group of 8 old friends reuniting with a weekend away and it couldn’t have been a better place. Clean spacious house, super comfortable beds and great kitchen area with lovely garden for BBQs and ping pong table was great. Walking distance to the beach and Rye just a bit further. Will be back!!

Tracy and Mark’s place in St Leonards on Sea is absolutely lovely. The house is beautiful, spacious and very comfortable – we all felt right at home straight away. The garden is a real bonus too – a sunny spot perfect for eating or relaxing with a cup of tea or glass of wine. There were loads of interesting books and board games, if only we'd had more time! Our hosts were very kind, helpful and responsive. St Leonards itself is a great spot for a short break. It’s right on the sea, with a really creative and laid-back vibe. There are loads of great places to eat and drink, and plenty of art and interesting shops to explore. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back. Thanks again, Tracy and Mark!

We had a great celebration weekend at Hannah’s place. Location is perfect, seconds from the lovely high street. Very comfortable and had everything we needed, and more. Dog bed and bowls a lovely touch, and also the milk, shortbread and chocolate - thank you! Hannah was a very responsive host and let us know we could check in a little earlier. Would highly recommend 👍🏻

Very charming flat in the city centre of Rye. Perfect location, close to all the little cafes, shops, pubs… We loved our stay and we will definetly come back again! Thanks for hosting us!

Gorgeous flat, tastefully furnished, comfortable beds, quiet, fully equipped, everything works. Did I mention the gorgeous sea views?

We really enjoyed our New Year week stay at Sea Sure, great location, right on the seafront, but close to local pubs, cafes, shops and restaurants. Paid parking right outside was cheap and easy to organise via the Ringo app and free parking was available nearby too. Ideal for dog walking on the beach at low tide or on the very well maintained promenade at sunrise and sunset and in Egerton Park, just a short walk away. The basket of goodies to welcome us was much appreciated and the property was cosy, comfortable, well decorated, beautifully clean and lovely and warm on what turned out to be a couple of stormy winter days. Best place to stay in Bexhill I would say, thanks so much Gemma and Marc.

Tolle Unterkunft mit allem was es braucht. Top Aussicht auf das Meer und den Pier. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Wohnung. Einzig ist es sehr schwer a. Abend/Nacht am Freitag oder Samstag einen freien Parkplatz zu finden. herzlichen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft

It’s a great place in a great location. The flat is full of interesting and attractive things, and very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and lots of ingredients available. We appreciated the milk and the lemon drizzle cake on arrival! The street outside if full of fascinating independent shops, bookshops, antique dealers, vintage clothes , coffee shops - and some excellent restaurants very nearby.

5* sur toute la ligne, pas de fausse note ! L’appartement de Nina est charmant à souhait et sa localisation idéale pour profiter pleinement de St Leonard’s on sea et des alentours avec l’accès à la gare à 5 minutes à pied.

Great place, right at the beach, place very clean and tidy with all you need. Lisa was very helpful and explained all we needed. Would recommend for a nice break out of the city.

Little Rock is a fabulous property in a stunning location. This part of East Sussex/Kent border is really interesting and the countryside is lovely. The main room kitchen/lounge are is huge and very comfortable with lovely views over the country side with the small railway spur line at the bottom of the valley, (we were lucky to see the Spa Railway steam train both days we stayed). Bedrooms were all well decorated and very clean and the ones with ensuite facilities were huge. The kitchen and utility room were both extremely well appointed and we did a lot of cooking but did not run short of pots and pans etc etc. We would not hesitate to recommend Little Rock and all 9 of us were very sad to leave.

This was our second stay. The home is spacious and has great amenities, spotlesslyclean too. The local beach is fantastic. Would definitely recommend.
