Ήσυχο διαμέρισμα λίγα μέτρα απο το κέντρο της Ολυμπίας και κοντά στον Αρχαιολογικό χώρο σε απόσταση βαδίσματος. Τρία κύρια υπνοδωμάτια με εσωτερικό μπάνιο το κάθε ένα , κοινόχρηστος χώρος με καναπέ κρεβάτι και μπάνιο ξεχωριστό. Μπαλκόνι , βεράντα και αυλή περιμετρικά του διαμερίσματος σε επαφή με τον κήπο. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στα 50 μέτρα από την θάλασσα και στα 100 μέτρα από την εθνική οδό για γρήγορη πρόσβαση στη πόλη της Πάτρας με την χρηση αστικής συγκοινωνίας προαστιακού η με το αυτοκίνητο. Επίσης στα 150 μετρά υπάρχει κρεοπωλείο φούρνος και μίνι μάρκετ για την κάλυψη των αναγκών σας. Υπάρχουν σε περιφραγμένο χώρο κότες και κουνελάκια. Το σπίτι προσφέρεται για ήσυχες και ευχάριστες διακοπές. -Το αεροδρομιο του αραξου βρισκεται 30 λεπτα απο το χωρο διαμονης.

Our house is located on the coast , on a gated estate , in the beautiful area of Agios Andreas, Katakolo .It is suitable for families and groups , and is just a 25 minute drive from the UNESCO World Heritage site of Ancient Olympia.A stunning ,secluded , semi-private beach is just a 2 minute walk down the hill. Adjacent to the house is the delightful, award winning Mercouri Winery, which is open to visitors for tours and tastings.
