The charming house is conveniently located in the historic part of the village, situated above the lake side road, offering breathtaking views. Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

The spacious flat with large balcony facing west is part of a lovely country side house in an absolutely quiet location in the heart of the pictoresque mountain and skiing region Dachstein-Schladming. Plenty of walking tours and even summit option (Gumpeneck 2226m) starting at the house. Only 18 min drive to the interlinked 4 mountains slopes (123km) Dachstein. Child friendly, lawn. Parking outside. Open air swimming pool, bakery, supermarket, kiosk and train station within walking distance.

Oberhalb von Gröbming und nur 20 Minuten von Schladming entfernt, liegt unser Haus auf 1.200 m am Michaelerberg. Die malerische Naturkulisse bietet unzählige Möglichkeiten, alle Jahreszeiten zu genießen: Das Skiparadies der Region Schladming-Dachstein im Verbund mit Ski amadé liegt vor der Tür. Das Ennstal bietet mehrere 18-Loch Golfplätze und eine Vielfalt an Wander- und Biketouren. Von Ende Mai bis Mitte Oktober kommen unsere Gäste in den Genuss der Schladming-Dachstein Sommercard.

Enjoy the special atmosphere of an ecological wooden house, the comfortable space and the great view of the imposing Grimming.

Endlich Ruhe gives peace! It is a lovely large house, with a fine, enclosed garden. The house is on a cul-de-sac, behind the garden runs a stream. You can BBQ or read in the hammock. The children can play in the garden. The house borders the Sölktaler Naturpark, and is 15 km from the 4-Berge Skischaukel. The house is modernly furnished, with an eye for Austrian details. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a heated ski room. You are most welcome!

Ferienhütte Grimming

Unsere Ferienhütte liegt nur etwas abseits der nächsten Verkehrswege (Straße, Bahn) und doch mitten in der Natur am Fuße des mächtigen Grimming. Es sind nur ca. 30 km bis Schladming oder ins Ausseerland. Es gibt unzählige Möglichkeiten für Sportinteressierte, Naturliebhaber oder auch nur jene die mal die Seele baumeln lassen wollen ! Wir freuen uns auf Euren Besuch ! Ebenso wilkommen sind Hunde, die sich "puddelwohl" bei uns fühlen !

Das Ferienhaus "Dark Sky TWO" ist der perfekte Ort, um sich von der Hektik des Alltags zu erholen. Die ruhige Lage direkt in der Natur bietet Gelegenheit, die Seele baumeln zu lassen und die frische Bergluft zu genießen. Besonders bei Nacht bietet die Umgebung eine atemberaubende Sicht auf den Sternenhimmel und ist somit ein Highlight für Jung und Alt. This self-catering cabin offers its guests and their 4-legged companions ample space to relax, forget all the day-to-day stresses and enjoy the important things in life.
