Unser Apartment ist mit Altholz, Stein, und hochwertigen Materialen im alpinen Stil eingerichtet. Die meisten Möbel sind schöne Einzelstücke. Wir haben uns den Kopf zerbrochen wie wir das größtmögliche Wohlfühlgefühl erzeugen können. Reinkommen und wohlfühlen, dabei die tolle Aussicht zum Predigtstuhl bestmöglich genießen können war das Ziel. Im Apartmenthaus gibt es einen großen Panoramapool und einen mickrigen Fitnessbereich😂Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage und eine sehr gute Erreichbarkeit.

Welcome to our modern but warm House in the middle of the Tyrolian Alps. The Maisonette is build in a one Family House with its own Garden and Entrance. The Zur Loipe is just 15 min Walk to the Center and Shops. Just 5 min to the several Skiing Lifts by Car. For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. Our House is in a Dead End Street that means no traffic, just the Residens. Suitable for a couple up to 2 kids

Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Metzger, Bäckereien, Restaurants und der Bahnhof sind in ca. 15 Gehminuten oder 3 Autominuten erreichbar. Ruhpolding ist zudem der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung.

Auch ein Parkplatz sowie W-lan ist vorhanden. Ideal für 2 Personen mit 1 Schlafzimmer und für 4.Pers. gibt es zusätzlich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnküche

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock unseres Hauses, hat ca. 45m und besteht aus, Wohnküche, Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Duschbadewanne, Abstellraum, Garderobe, 2 Balkone. Sehr ruhige Lage mitten im Grünen, ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind mit Lehm verputzt, dies führt zu einem angenehmen Raumklima. Die Wohnung wurde 2008 komplett neu errichtet und hat Fussbodenheizung. Passend für 2 Personen, eventuell 3, 3. Bett ist eine Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich.

Relax in this special and cozy accommodation. Newly designed one-room apartment in a quiet yet central location. Ideal for all kinds of excursions. Centrally located a few minutes' drive from Bad Reichenhall and Salzburg. Berchtesgaden can be reached in around 20 minutes. A small grocery store is just around the corner on Untersbergstrasse and is open 7 days a week (Sunday from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.). A beautiful family outdoor pool is just a 5-minute walk away.

Die Ski/- Wanderbushaltestelle in das Schigebiet Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn ist in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Bahnhof liegt ca.10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt....Rodelbahn und Dorfloipe sind beleuchtet. Im Haus sind Ski- und Radabstellplätze sowie eine Terrasse vorhanden.

Ferienwohnung Kaiserblick / Bergblick / Traumlage

Voll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, von der aus du den grandiosen Blick auf das Tal, den Golfplatz und auf die Berge des nahen Tirol genießen kannst. Wie wäre es zum Beispiel mit einem Glas Wein und einem Abendessen bei Sonnenuntergang den Urlaubstag ausklingen zu lassen. Unser Haus ist nur 5 Gehminuten vom Wanderparkplatz/Tourenstart und Skiliften entfernt, sowie wenige Autominuten vom Start ins große Skigebiet Waidring/Steinplatte.

Nestled in the tranquil Seegatterl district, our recently renovated "Haus Wildbach" offers a peaceful escape directly by a stream and the scenic Alpine road. You'll find yourself immersed in nature, away from the village's hustle and bustle, yet perfectly positioned for adventure. Cross-country ski trails, cycling routes, hiking paths, and the gondola lift to the Winkelmoosalm all start right at your doorstep.

Double room in the heart of Saalachtal

The room was newly furnished with love and invites you to spend a few beautiful days in Lofer :) Wi-Fi, kettle, coffee, bed linen, towels, TV, fridge, closet, parking are of course included. In the summer months (30.04. - 06.11.) we have the possibility to provide Saalachtalkarten (free of charge), with this you get discounts or free services in the area. More on request :)

Haus Schiwelt / Appartement Nr. 3

The house is near the Gaisberg lift in a sunny location. There are only about 5 minutes walk to the village center. The ski bus stops right outside the front entrance (about 50 steps) and from the Maierl downhill you can ski right up to the house.
