Das Appartement verfügt über eine offene neue Küche, inkl. Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine, über ein neues, modernes Badezimmer sowie über eine gemütliche Sitzecke mit Kamin und ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Zu der Wohnung gehört eine Terrasse, von der aus man einen herrlichen Blick auf die Berge genießt. Zudem können der Yogaraum, die Sauna (g.G. 20€), das Quellwasserbecken, das Heimkino, und die große Terrasse mit Grill und Feuerschale mitbenutzt werden. Schneeschuhe sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

"Unser Haus liegt am Sonnberg von Leogang. Die Skilifte liegen nur wenige 100 meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Vor dem Haus befindet sich Ihr Kfz-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung ist über eine außenliegende Treppe erreichbar (Hanglage!). Die FeWo besitzt 2 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 3 Betten (1 Kinderbett zusätzlich möglich). Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

Unser sehr helles, idyllisches und ruhig gelegenes Apartement liegt im Erdgeschoss unseres Hauses und hat direkten Zugang zu Ihrem Terrassenanteil und dem Garten. Die neuwertige Wohnung ist ländlich modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Frasdorf liegt zu Füßen der Chiemgauer Berge, eingebettet in die sanften Hügel des Voralpenlandes.
