Rashawn's place was great! Near downtown Albany, and plenty of sleeping space. Great for any size groups.

We loved our stay! It was the perfect getaway out of NYC. The Empire Trail is a great walk right outside of the house and we enjoyed having our coffee on the beach just a couple minutes walk away. The porch is beautiful in the morning and afternoon, getting great sunlight. We LOVED all of the spots we got to try in Kingston. Standouts were Rosie's General, Eliza and Kingston Standard Brewing Co. There are tons of hikes and nature walks nearby and we had a great time exploring the three different downtown areas. Lots to see and do and Barbara's place was the perfect oasis to come back to. Thank you for a great stay!

This was a great time. The house is on the same block as three restaurants, a coffee place and a bakery. So, most days, it was easy to walk for three minutes and get something to eat/drink. The dog was happy because the house was so close to the creek, in addition to large fields w/in walking distance. I also drove a decent amount, because I visited Athens, Hudson, Saugerties, Woodstock, Tannersville and other nearby towns. Emily's and Carol's house is within twenty minutes of a ton of places. The house is simple and had what I needed - a strong heater, two comfortable bedrooms, two baths, and a large table that accommodated my laptop, monitor and keyboard. Finally, during my month-long stay, I had a change of plans, and Emily & Carol were very helpful and understanding about the necessary re-arrangement. It was a great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is very cozy and clean. The backyard was my favorite part, since we were travelling with our dog and he very much enjoyed freedom in the yard and a nice weather! The area is very peaceful and quiet.

This is a charming cottage that has a fully equipped kitchen and nice amenities. The surroundings are also beautiful. We were only there one night but would happily return.

We felt right at home in this beautiful home and surrounding space. It’s an older home with quirks, but tons of charm! It was very well stocked, with clear labels and instructions. Yanna was extremely responsive with great recommendations. Great location to explore Kingston and nearby surrounding areas. We especially enjoyed the outside space with the front porch and deck perfect for morning coffee while the kids enjoyed the hammock and tent! We had a wonderful stay in this cozy, comfortable home. When I first pulled up to Kliment's, I literally teared up - that's how breath-taking his spot is. It was just what the doctor ordered... if doctors actually treated your mind, body, and soul and not just your body :) Seriously though, Kliment's place was an oasis for me: private, quiet, peaceful, with amazing views of the Catskill mountains. His home itself was beautifully decorated, simple yet super cozy, and had everything I needed and then some. (And the chickens were lovely company as well!) Kliment is one of the best Airbnb hosts I have ever had, hands down. With a very hectic schedule, Kliment was flexible, responsive, kind and patient with accommodating my many change requests and needs throughout my stay. Kliment is not just a wonderful host, but also a truly wonderful person - the world needs more people like him. In short: I can't recommend Kliment's home or him as a host enough! If you are hovering over the "Reserve Now" button, book it!!! You won't regret it! :)

Our family had a great time staying in Anneke’s house in Stockbridge; it had everything we needed and was very comfortable! The fenced yard was also great for our dog. Anneke checked in with us several times during the trip and was very responsive. Highly recommended!

Vincent's lakefront Catskills home exceeded all our expectations! The house is perfectly designed for group gatherings, with multiple comfortable living spaces that allowed our friends to either come together or find quiet moments. We had private chefs come for a couple of dinners and they had everything they needed to create memorable meals. The lake views are absolutely stunning. What truly set this experience apart was Vincent's exceptional hospitality - he was incredibly responsive and accommodating when we experienced travel issues, going above and beyond what was required. This thoughtfully designed lake house with its beautiful surroundings and attentive host made for the perfect meeting spot for our friend group. We'd gladly return!

Pictures don’t do justice! Craig’s place was lovely, from the amazing kitchen to the spacious living room and the outdoor patio. For a group getaway this is the perfect place. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house! The hosts are super responsive when we had to message them and they were also super nice! They gave lots of recommendation on what to do in the area, places to eat, etc.! Would definitely recommend for a friends and family vacation :)

Beautiful relaxing cabin in the Catskills, we loved our stay!!

Upon entry, my architect husband said "Cute Cottage; Susan you did it again." Plenty of room for a couple in their mid-seventies, and a Millennial daughter. The cottage is very well insulated such that I didn't have to run the heat except for fifteen minutes at bedtime in mid-October, yet there is a big south-facing sliding door in each of the rooms where the sun and moon shines through. Beautiful woodland falls away from the cottage and small patio beyond the sliding doors, and moonlight is magic on all the leaves. If we had more time we would have investigated the many books in the shelving. We will find excuses for coming back to the area and will stay here again.

Tina’s place is fabulous. The modern decor and architecture is beautiful. The location is peaceful and the fenced in yard was amazing; our dog loved roaming around and exploring. The outdoor space is great for grilling and sitting around the fire pit. We especially loved the kitchen. It is fully appointed and the kitchen island is incredible for prep and serving. The washer dryer combo was an excellent touch and we were able to do a couple of quick washes so that everything was clean and ready to unpack at home. Saving the best for last; the soaker tub in the master bedroom is luxurious and relaxing. Thank you, Tina. We can’t wait to visit again soon.

House was very clean and comfortable. Loved the decor and bed was super comfortable and cosy. Everything was there in the house- kitchen, bathroom, hot water. Well styled decor. Spotless. Felt very private and peaceful. Location was not as picturesque as I prefer, but fairly close to sight seeing.

We loved our blue barn getaway! Ten minute drive to downtown Rhinebeck, hiking trails literally from the door, comfortable space in a beautiful setting.

We came to Norfolk for a show at the Infinity Music Hall. This house was a perfect landing spot to cook dinner before and relax after the show. It was so peaceful watching the snow fall from inside and the kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we needed to cook. The appliances were top notch, the house was well decorated and we will definitely rent here again!

Stayed at Val's place for 4 months. We were very happy here, it's extremely spacious and the furniture is very comfortable. Plus, it has everything you will ever need during your stay from a screw driver to cheese grater which is often hard to find in rentals and you end up having to buy extra supplies if staying for an extended period of time like we were. The Location is perfect, a few minutes walk to Warren Street and 5 min drive to Fairview Ave. Host is so helpful and responsive. Five + stars. Thank you Val!

The loft was lovely: fireplace, large balcony, view down the mountain, TV with airplay support, kitchen, etc. the surrounding was quiet and peaceful. The host was responsive and very friendly. Would recommend to others.

We had a great stay, very open and spacious. Everything was clean and the large open kitchen was really nice! Also the yard w deck and fire pit were great!!!! Would definitely recommend, short drive to Woodstock and many trailheads.

My stay at Sourabh’s was great! The directions to the house were simple, and the check-in process was easy. The cabin wasn’t as small as the pictures, so my fiancé and I had a lot of room to get around each other. Everything was clean and tidy with things being easily found. The house is far off from the road, so nights and mornings are super quiet and peaceful. The decor is a great touch to the space! I love the lights set up and the rustic look it has. The large window looking out into the woods was my favorite part. Seeing all the animals that would come by every so often added to the peace. When we needed help, Sourabh was quick to answer and was more than helpful with solutions. He supplied us with a map of all the activities he recommended, which came in handy when we wanted to leave for the day. Overall, I had a great time and I hope I get to come back during the winter this time!

Jennifer had a ton of thoughtful touches that were most welcome after a long drive! The place was very peaceful. It was in a great location-easy walking distance to Mass MoCA and some cute shops Dow.

Really great spot for a smaller group, has everything you need in one go. Great bed to sleep on too!
