The Hide is a super get-away for anyone travelling around Scotland on the NC500 or on your own adventure looking for a unique stay. Almost off-grid, it has a comfy bed, central woodburner and spectacular view. It's the perfect stepping stone towards the full off-grid experience, intended for people who are curious about living the off-grid lifestyle but also like to be able to charge their phone, boil a kettle and have a hot shower! Mid Nov - Mar we have a winter mode as the water can freeze.

Situated at the end of an 8 mile single track road off the NC500, it's perfect to explore the Highlands. Adventure, stunning views, silence and the elements, our cosy, romantic Bedstee has an intimate and nostalgic rustic feel. Created with love and attention to detail, we wish that you will experience a unique stay in a wonderful little crofting township. Dogs on leads are very welcome.

Norskye Bothy

Norskye Bothy is a Scandi-Scot inspired hideaway in the heart of the Isle of Skye. Our architecturally designed eco cabin sleeps up to two people, with uninterrupted hill and loch views. The cabin & garden enjoy wide views of the village, harbour, marina & stretching along Loch Inver, with Mountain View’s of Suilven and Cul Mor. Recently re-furbished offering a cosy living/sleeping space, with a king size bed, a spacious bathroom and a well equipped kitchen for self catering.

Foulis Castle Gate Lodge

Foulis Gate Lodge is a Highland cottage on the Gates of an historic, private, Highland estate with its own drive. The secluded location offers direct access to extensive gardens. The nearest amenities are 2miles in Evanton or 5miles to the ancient Burgh of Dingwall. Foulis Castle is a 15 min walk away from the Storehouse Restaurant & Farm shop, which is situated on the shore/beach of the Cromarty Firth (Mon-Sat 9-5pm). My place is good for NC500 travellers, couples, and business travellers.

Located in the heart of the North Coast 500. (NC500) makes it an ideal accommodation for exploring the Scottish Highlands for a short or long stay. The Armadilla Pod comfortably sleeps two guests which can convert from 2 twin/ 1 double bed. Cairn Pod is equipped to a high standard with private parking and luxury home comforts.

A hidden gem of a property located in central are of Inverness. Only a 15-minute walk from the banks of the river Ness and a great selection of smart restaurants, bistros and lively pubs. The property is located right beside the famous locks & docks of Inverness which is perfect for those evening walks after a day of touring the local area! The A862 is right beside the property so will give you quick access by car to the black isle and beyond. 0.9 Miles walk from the Bus / Train station

Eddrachillis House

Eddrachillis House is a comfortable, modern home with spectacular views over Badcall Bay and its islands, two miles south of Scourie on the NC500. The house is set in 100 acres of land from shoreline to hill loch. The spacious open-plan living area contains a very well-equipped kitchen and dining area where you can dine under the stars. The cosy lounge has a wood-burning stove and patio doors onto the front terrace with stunning views. Gorgeous bathrooms and very comfortable large beds.

Gael

Gael is a modern cabin on a working croft, which captures uninterrupted views over Portree bay, Ben Tianavaig and the Cuillin hills in the far distance. The cabin itself has a full height atrium which includes a functional kitchenette, seating area, log-burner and a three-piece bathroom suite. The mezzanine level is accessed by a wooden staircase featuring a comfortable double bed. Situated just off the Scorrybreach trail this is the perfect launchpad for your Skye adventure.

Enjoy pure tranquillity at Per Mare Per Terram

Per Mare Per Terram is a cosy cabin that boasts breath taking views of Loch Broom and the surrounding Munros. Standing alone at the top of Braes in Ullapool it has a wonderful cosy feeling when wrapped up inside, offering out of the way tranquillity whilst still being able to enjoy the amazing scenery no matter what the weather conditions. The cabin is equipped with a fridge, microwave,kettle, toaster and excellent wi-fi. It also has a shower room and modern composting toilet.
