Please note! This house is located on a quiet park where other people also relax and live, and is absolutely not a party destination. We only rent to groups of young people if it is declared in advance that they will not cause a nuisance or late-night parties. The house has been recently renovated and features many new appliances. Smart lighting and thermostat, new refrigerator, and oven/microwave. Atmospheric decor throughout the house based on an industrial look. Upon opening the back door, your holiday begins with a spacious garden equipped with all necessities and a jetty from which you can swim and boat.

Suite-Suite is dé ultieme plek om heerlijk tot rust te komen. Vloerverwarming en airconditioning zorgen ervoor dat het in elk jaargetijde aangenaam verblijven is. Guesthouse in oude boerderij met zwemvijver

Sinds juli 2020 is ons gastenverblijf geopend voor boekingen: Een gerenoveerde oude stal, gelegen op het terrein van onze boerderij uit 1804, gelegen op 4,5 hectare grasland. Ideaal voor 1-4 personen, een 5de gast is welkom. 2 Tweepersoonsbedden + 1 stretcher. Op aanvraag: 1 kinderbed en 1 reisbed. Het is volledig onafhankelijk. De stal is gerenoveerd met behoud van originele materialen, trendy interieur en een waanzinnig uitzicht over onze tuin. * Onze tuin is ook te boeken als shootlocatie

Sea view Apartment! @Noordwijk Beach

Located 50 meters from the popular beach of Noordwijk next to the lighthouse, a well equipped sea view studio apartment with the perfect view! Dogs are unfortunately NOT allowed! Airbnb changed their fee policy, 19% to be paid by the host now. This used to be paid by the booker/guest. Therefore we choose to add 12% management costs and split the fee between host and guest. 12% because airbnb charges a fee over the fee. Transparant pricing is important to us and we trust you understand.

Update: Installé un nouveau sauna. • Profitez de votre propre île privée. • Seulement 1 minute en bateau avec l’embarcation incluse dans votre séjour. • Facile à utiliser et aucun permis requis. • Arriver en bateau fait partie du charme de cette île privée. Ici le calme, le luxe et la nature se rencontrent. Profitez du lac avec votre propre bateau. Amsterdam et Utrecht se trouvent à environ 20 minutes en voiture ou Uber. Les groupes de jeunes hommes et les fêtes ne sont pas autorisés.

Riant huis, veranda, grote tuin, natuur en water

Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en biedt uitzicht op het water. Met maar liefst vijf terrassen, waaronder twee sfeervolle veranda's waarvan één met een houtkachel, is er altijd een plekje om te ontspannen. De badkamer heeft een heerlijke regendouche. Op de begane grond vind je een royale slaapkamer met een kingsize bed en een 1-persoonsbed. Op de eerste verdieping is een 2-persoonsbed in een aparte open ruimte. Het grote gazon is perfect voor een potje voetbal of badminton!

Gastehuisie Goedemoed

Horsterwold ligt gelegen naast het grootste loofbomenbos van Europa. Zeer waterrijke omgeving 4-5 km (Veluwemeer en Wolderwijd) voor een tal van watersporten. Op het park kunt u genieten van een zwembad en tennisbaan. Ook is er mogelijkheid om mooie fietsroutes te fietsen of te kanoën. Fietsen en kano's gratis Zeewolde ligt centraal gelegen in Nederland. - 45 min Amsterdam (auto) - 30 min Utrecht (auto) - 10 min Harderwijk (auto) - Centrum Zeewolde 5 km

Vous séjournerez dans une zone boisée et à quelques minutes à pied de la forêt et de la plage. Idéal pour se détendre. Pour les amateurs de randonnée et de la nature, il y a plusieurs sentiers de randonnée et de pistes cyclables dans la région. Des vélos peuvent être loués à la propriété.
