Villa Mavi ! Family Beach House that has it all !

Villa Mavi is a relaxing holiday home situated in the Langezandt security estate in Struisbaai. The house can accommodate 12 guests and is a 5 min stroll to the beach. Designed for inside/outside living the house opens up to the courtyard with an amazing pergola braai area with seating for the whole family. The house has been furnished with the finest new bedding and linen and the state of the art kitchen is well equipped. The house also boasts a separate cottage away from the main house.

Steps From The Beach

A little gem, almost on the beach. A stylish and comfortable one bedroomed garden flat filled with natural light. Open-plan living area, with a breakfast counter. A well equipped kitchen leads out to a paved, enclosed courtyard. A double bedroom (queen bed) with en-suite full bathroom and a private courtyard leading off the bedroom. The day bed and couch in the living area can comfortably sleep 2 children. There is a portable barbecue. Garage parking with direct access into the flat.

C Flat - Beachfront accommodation

This self catering unit - not affected by load-shedding - is suitable for 4 people (child 2yo+ is one person). Situated in a quiet street, with the ocean a stone throw away (no sea view, tho). Look out for a mongoose, porcupine, tortoise or small antelope. Walking distance from the quaint harbour. No street lights to spoil the starry night sky. Stoep is ideal for late night sessions around a fire. At sunrise and sunset the francolins will greet you, hoping for crumbs from your table.
