The clean lake is the community's source of drinking water and does not allow motorized boats, it's great for swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking. Loons are spotted on the lake all the time and often you'll see bald eagles, and deer, as well as numerous other kinds of wildlife. There are hiking trails near by and the ocean and a marina are a 20 minute walk. Tesla charger also.
