The apartment is on the low ground floor due to the position of the house, it is quiet and comfortable, the view from the apartment is obscured by the neighboring house, а few meters from the front door is the first large terrace and further on the courtyard. It is not on the sunny side and is pleasant in the summer

Apartment Tatjana is seafront accommodation with a private infinity pool situated in precious natural environment. In peaceful place Utjeha, between Bar and Ulcinj, one hour driving distance from Podgorica and Tivat Airport, it has a fantastic garden where you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets. The garden has a path that goes down to the private and public beach where you can use kayak and SUP board free of charge. It is fully equipped for perfect family stay and relaxation.

Kotor - Stone House by the Sea

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

Zukotrlica #2 - Ground Floor Studio • 100m Beach

Cozy ground-floor studio just 50–100 m from the sea, located in a quiet area near pine trees and natural shade. The apartment has air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, TV with Netflix, a private bathroom and a kitchenette for simple meals. In front of the apartment there is an outdoor seating area with natural shade, and guests may also use the shared terrace/common outdoor area. Free parking is available nearby, but not reserved.

This is our family old house , renovated to rent, when we are away. Situated in residental part of Bar , near beach Susanj. It has a lovely garden, comfortable living room with a kitchen and toilet on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor. You can enjoy all of this, but we are using attick above with own entrance, so you have totally private part of house.

Located in quiet area (behind Hotel Juzno More and next to Hotel Korali) but just 80m from sandy beach Golden Coast which is one of the most beautiful in Montenegro and 60m away from promenade where you can find many reastaurants, caffes, shops, souvenir shops, groceries...
