Za Villou se nachází velká prostorná terasa s odděleným ohništěm, travnatou plochou a dětským hřištěm. Bukovník se nachází v Šumavském trojhradí mezi hradem Kašperk, Rabí a hradem Velhartice. Není tedy nouze o tipy na výlety po stopách historie.

Velký prostorný dům, jen par metru od jezera. Na kraji lesa. V domě je maximální pohodlí, 3 ložnice, každá má svoji terasu. Prostorný obývací pokoj s krbem a výhledem na vodu. Vybavena kuchyně, jídelna na terase. Dvě prostorné koupelny , dvě WC, 15 minut od historického mesta Pisek a 10 minut od zámku Blatná. U nás je klid, pohodlí a k dispozici je i malá loďka. Dum je oplocený.
