Mysigt, nyrenoverat gästhus med sovloft. Öppen planlösning med kokmöjligheter och uteplats. Två enkelsängar på sovloftet. Det finns två extrasängar, varav den ena kan bli en dubbelmadrass på golvet i vardagsrummet. Det finns kylskåp för medhavd mat och dryck. Kaffekokare, vattenkokare, microvågsugn och två kokplattor gör att ni kan laga er egen mat. Husdjur är också välkomna och många av våra gäster har med sig hund, katt och även kanin. Det finns fina promenadstigar i omgivningen.

Idyllic house outside Lund/Malmö

This cozy cottage dating from the 19th century is idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking and bike trails. Malmö is 30km away, Lund 25km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue. Guests bring bedlinen (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and towels. Guests clean at checkout.

Lägenheten har egen ingång, 3 sovrum + bäddsoffa, kök med basutrustning och badrum med dusch. Totalt 6 sovplatser: 2 st 90 säng 1 st 180 säng 1 st 140 säng Mysigt, enkelt och ombonat. Boendet ligger på ovanvåningen och nås via en smal spiraltrappa (ej handikappanpassat). Välkommen till vår fina prästgård!

Welcome to our Swedish Gem in the Heart of Skåne! Our guesthouse is a quiet escape with a hint of luxury right in the heart of Skåne. We're a family of four living on the same property close to nature, but it's very easy to get to nearby cities from here. The place is brand new and has everything you need, including – a kitchen, washing machine, TV, bed, sofa bed, and a luxurious bath tub for baths or showers. Fun tiny flat with its own entrance - secluded at the back of our garden with its own small section of the garden. Fully functional kitchen with fridge, induction hob, oven and microwave. There is wifi and Apple TV and a tiny bathroom. The flat is conveniently located next to Hardebergaspåret - bikepath that takes you to the city centre which is 30 mins walk or less than 10 minutes on the bus that runs frequently into the city centre.

Lovely little flat with Stadsparken as your garden

This recently converted self contained apartment / cottage with a beautiful skylight has all you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. Everything Lund has to offer, including the beautiful Stadsparken, is literally on your doorstep. A 120cm bed in the bedroom and a 140cm sofa bed in the lounge provides very flexible living accommodation for a maximum of 4.

Liten trädgårdsstuga 23m2,centralt

Den lilla stugan i min trädgård är enbart tillgänglig för korttidsuthyrning, max 45 dagar. Den rymmer på 23m2: sovrum, vardagsrum med pentrykök och wc+dusch. Stugan är inte stor men ren och trivsam. I sovrummet finns säng 120 cm och i vardagsrummet en 90 cm-soffa/ säng. Stugan lämpar sig bäst för en person men det går även att bo två gäster i den.

Ett eget litet hus i Lund

Välkommen till en rogivande tillflyktsort i ett ljust litet hus med högt i tak. Byggt 2022 för att fungera som gäststuga/ateljé. Lämpligt för dig som uppskattar en övernattningsupplevelse i ett fräscht kompaktboende, beläget i ett lugnt villaområde med goda cykel- och bussförbindelser till centrala Lund.
