Thoroughly enjoyed our week at Seafront villa!! sold us from the photos and it 100% did not disappoint! came for a family week holiday with our 19 month old boy and he absolutely enjoyed everything! the local beach was beautiful and very peaceful and great for him! loved having our own pool!!! Themis' place is immaculate and had everything we needed for a family holiday in the sun! the outdoor oven was out of use at the time but the bbq replacement worked out well and we used it nearly everyday! we came early October and was very lucky with the weather. would 100% come back again to Themis' properties! the location is great and the views were stunning! we really benefitted from a hire car as we could explore the island more and was handy getting to the shops for food/drinks. thank you Themis for our stay!! Themis was very helpful with local knowledge and very quick responding to my messages! see you next year! xx

The place was quite and only 10 minutes from the center of Argostoli. Gerasimos was discreet and helpful if and only you wanted.

We had a fabulous week staying in this wonderful property. It’s located near to some of the most beautiful coves and beaches there are in Kefalonia. The village is friendly and a local shop is a few minutes walk away. The actual property is fantastic. It’s beautiful, spacious, clean and homely. There is lots of sociable space to hang out in. Comfortable bedrooms. Clean everywhere and multiple spaces to eat outside and enjoy the forest and sea views. Maria’s communication was excellent. Very clear and very helpful. She was super responsive to any queries and a fantastic host. We would highly recommend this property.

Anna is clearly an experienced traveller and/or host because the villa is very well equipped in the kitchen and outdoors. Towels are provided and fresh bedding is provided mid week. The pool is a nice size and the property is clean and private. The area is very hilly but easily accessible to the nearest beach, restaurants and bakeries. 15/20 minutes from the airport and a 5 minute walk to the nearest supermarket (a large Lidl is 10/15 minutes away). Would recommend.

Very nice cozy apartment style home. Amazing view of the water and the neighbouring Greek islands. They were very friendly and had an amazing local bakery near by with some delicious Greek treats. I definitely would come back!

We had the most wonderful stay with our two children. The house is perfect with so many amenities. All the appliances are high quality and basically brand new! We had everything we needed and more. The pool and bbq area is fantastic. The views beautiful. Location is private but easy to get to other locations. We loved visiting Sami and the Melissani Cave’s not to be missed. The host went above and beyond, always responsive and kind. We highly recommend the house and have already told family and friends about it!

Nous avons adoré notre semaine chez Emmanouella. La maison etait encore plus belle que sur les photos. Les arbres fruitiers et le petit jardins nous a comblé. La vue etait magnifique et notre bébé a aimé jouer avec les nombreux jouet sur place. La cuisine est tres bien équipé. Nous avons été 2 mois en Grece et c’est vraiment une des maisons que nous avons préférées. Nous nous y sentions comme a la maison.

Die Villa Vissala ist einfach atemberaubend! Wir hatten in all unseren bisherigen Familienurlauben ohne Übertreibung noch nie eine so bezaubernde und besondere Unterkunft. Sybille und Eckhard waren als Gastgeber unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt. Die Lage, Art und Ausstattung des Hauses ist vermutlich einzigartig. Vom riesigen Pool, den Terrassen unter Olivenbäumen und den Schlafzimmern aus hat man einen grandiosen Blick über die Insel, das Ionische Meer und das nördlich gelegene Kefalonia. Das allein ist für einen erholsamen Urlaub ausreichend & erfüllend. Im nördlichen Teil der Insel gelegen bietet das Haus aber außerdem die perfekte Lage, um die spektakulären Sehenswürdigkeiten von Zakynthos vom Land oder Wasser aus zu erreichen. Das Haus und der Garten ist sehr geräumig, sauber und liebevoll mit viel Stil und Geschmack eingerichtet - es fehlt an nichts. Alles ist lichtdurchflutet. Wir können die Villa Vissala nur empfehlen!

Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Wir wurden beim Betreten der Wohnung sehr freundlich empfangen, da die Vermieterin gerade anwesend war. Sie hat uns alles ausführlich erklärt und gezeigt. Diese Wohnung ist einfach toll und der Ausblick von der Terrasse einfach traumhaft. Für die eine Woche die wir da waren, ist die Terrasse zu dem Ort geworden, wo wir uns am meisten aufgehalten haben. I can’t rave about this place enough. Our stay was absolutely fantastic! What a lovely host and a brilliant location. It felt like a little oasis in paradise. Outside is great - we made use of the BBQ on more than one occasion. Hidden gem away from the hustle and bustle.

Ubytovanie bolo nadherne, utulne a ciste. Dobre vybavenie kuchyne. Velka terasa s krasnym vyhladom na more. Poloha skvela, dobra dostupnost celeho ostrova. Domaci boli velmi priatelski a mili. Doniesli nam aj kolac na privitanie a zaujimali sa, ci je vsetko v poriadku. Odporucam

This is the second time we’ve stayed in the Chloe villa and it didn’t disappoint! It’s such a beautiful location with an amazing sea view to watch the sunrise. The pool is directly below and the sea over the road which is perfect for early morning swims. Especially due to the changing temperatures in the water where salt meets fresh and there are warm spots and cold spots. It’s a short pebble beach so water shoes (or flippers in my daughter’s case) make getting in and out of the water much easier. Steve was a brilliant host! Nothing was too much trouble. Really responsive and because we had a late flight extended our checkout time until 6pm which meant we could enjoy a full last day. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, including some starter items for your arrival, such as biscuits, jam, milk, butter… and wine! There is a coffee machine, toasty maker & everything else you may need (incl. washing machine and dishwasher) A 20 min coast walk straight to Sami!

The villa is amazing! Lovely private pool, great garden with sun and shadow spots to sit. The apartment was fully equiped and clean. Angelina was really kind, responded quickly and helped us with tips for the area. Highly recommend this villa!!

Very tranquil

Great communications with clear arrangements for meeting us on arrival, after the journey from the airport. Good local restaurants and a supermarket/ bakery 5 minutes walk. Also 5 minutes walk from the underground lakes. 1.5km from Sami on foot - you can stroll there and back for a huge choice of bars, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was great. Welcome wine, juice and water in the fridge and 4 coffee pods with UHT creams. Butter and jam portions also in the fridge. Decent parking around the apartment as well. I would highly recommend. Great for two - we had our son on the sofa bed, so can accommodate 4. If you see Piggy the Dog, say hello. He had the uncanny ability to walk us to the nearest restaurant where he then enjoyed the leftovers.

We had a memorable stay at Centro Y Mar. Check in was very easy and we had a lovely bottle of local wine waiting for us upon arrival. The accomodation was brilliant and there was ample space for a family of four (and probably more). The kitchen was well equipped and everything was squeaky clean if not completely new. There was ample outside space with beautiful views of the promenade, which could accommodate quite a few people for a sit down meal, or just for sunbathing and a few drinks. everywhere felt safe for our kids as the decor was very simple with few but very heavy furniture, which meant accidents were a lot less likelly. the location was superb, surrounded by local amenities, coffee shops, restaurants, bars etc. Gerasimos was always at hand to help with any queries we had about the area, local attractions etc. Gerasimos kindly offered us clean towels etc a couple of days into our stay. He was also very flexible with our check out time. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Villa 4 has a stunning location with a superb sea view. The amenities of the 5star hotel are available , inclusive of a free shuttle service into Skala. We have been staying at villas in Europe for nearly 30 years and this one is up there with the best. One small point....since this was our first visit to Kefalonia , it would have beneficial to have a brochure on site outlining places to see , restaurants to visit , local amenities etc. Overall , I would thoroughly recommend this villa.

Wonderful villa in a beautiful peaceful secluded setting..walking distance to the nearby village of Magganis. Good restaurants. Not too expensive. Sheep bells in the valley below. Sunsets over the sea. The pool was chill in April but we all got in, lovely clean and well maintained. Very well looked after grounds with lovely plants and trees (olives, almonds, orange and lemons). Great fake grass lawn for football/games. Supermarket in village (expensive local supermarkets....recommend big shop in Lidl Argostoll for essentials if self catering). Beautiful beaches nearby. Our favourites Emplisi and Atelies in north and Antisamos east. Myrtos and Petani impressive. Bays around the Fiskardo lighthouse lovely for a cheeky dip.

Place is as described, well equipped and the air conditioning was appreciated in the extreme summer heat. The house was easy to find and was perfect for our group. Location-wise you have a few dining options within walking distance. We also enjoyed having the mini market “downstairs” which in fact you cannot see or notice from upstairs because the terrace overhangs.

Villa Meralia was fantastic for our family of five. There are four double bedrooms but we only used the three in the main house as the fourth (en suite) was only accessible through the garden. There are plenty of areas to relax and dine inside and out. The mini golf and giant chess were a hit for us. You will definitely need a car if you want to eat out or explore the island. There are lots of small coves and beaches on the west of the island which are worth exploring so take sea shoes for the kids. Giota was so helpful snd friendly and provided lots of suggestions of where to eat, and arranged an introduction to the boat hire company. We were delighted to find wine, water and pomegranates on an arrival! Highly recommended.

Prachtige villa in het noorden van Zakynthos, geheel privé gelegen aan een klein weggetje omhoog vanaf het adembenemende strand van Makris Gialos Beach. Weg van het massatoerisme, met zicht op de zee, een villa die van alle gemakken is voorzien. Met ook nog eens een heerlijk zwembad. De communicatie en verzorging door de hosts was uitzonderlijk goed en zeer snel en behulpzaam. Het noorden van Zakynthos is wat ons betreft ook het mooiste deel, iets ruiger, bergachtiger en ongerepter dan andere delen van het eiland. Met ook nog eens heerlijke restaurantjes, na elke bocht met onze huurauto weer een ander verbluffend uitzicht en veel van de mooiste strandjes op korte afstand. Elke avond was het echt ‘thuiskomen’ bij het huis. Met nog een plons in het zwembad, zicht op de zee met een opkomende maan, het geluid van de uilen en een stille nachtrust. En dan met de ochtendzon weer ontwaken! Een topweek! Dank aan Francesco en zijn team!

If we could rate this higher than 5 stars we would. The villa has absolutely spectacular views and when you enter the villa feel an immediate sense of relaxation. Kleo was fantastic. She provided recommendations for restaurants, things to do and organised a dinner for us in the villa, which was a feast. And, the breakfasts. Each morning brought a surprise to start the day and not having to think about buying everything for our family, was a real treat. We really can’t say enough about the villa and look forward to coming back next year, and the year after, and the year after.

Un grand merci à Gerasimos pour son accueil chaleureux ! La villa est superbe, encore mieux que ce que nous avions imaginé. Nous étions trois adultes et deux enfants : chambre avec salle de bain et vue merveilleuse. L'emplacement est parfait pour découvrir la région et profiter pleinement du séjour. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances et repartirions avec plaisir. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

What a beautiful house Villa Elia is! As we had a car we didn't mind (and relished) the remoteness of the location. The view was absolutely perfect out over the sea, and the sunsets just stunning! We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The interior is cool and stylish, and had everything we needed to make our holiday go smoothly. We were also very happy to meet with Spiros and his wife who own the property, and had a lovely chat with them. Everybody in Kefalonia was so genuinely kind and welcoming, we would recommend it (and Villa Elia!) for a family holiday.
