The Spencer is a comfortable 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment located on the relaxing south side of the bridge just walking distance from Sylvan Beach. All the action ranging from not only a beautiful sandy beach, family owned restaurants, a lovely carousel, the Lake House Casino, an old time amusement park and many shops. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath ranch has an open layout with the kitchen, dining area, and living room all open to one another. The master bedroom is huge with a newly installed king size bed, desk, and comfortable chair. The master bathroom has a shower with seat, no tub. The master bathroom can be accessed from the hallway as well. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The couch in the living room has a pull out bed as well.

Your Nest in the Woods Treehouse is a great place for adults to feel like a kid again and to unwind in the woods or down by the water! A cozy get-away for couples, or small group get together! (The Nest is not suitable children or pets). The tree house has front and back decks. Under the treehouse is a sheltered picnic table area, propane grill, and a wood fire pit and outdoor games. Hang out by the overlook and enjoy the view or follow trail down to Fish Creek water access.
