“Ymos” Symi Village Residences

Ymos is a traditional house built in the 18th century and located in the heart of Sými island in "chorio". It offers an authentic accommodation environment to all of our guests who wish to experience the local lifestyle and way of living. The house is made of stone and has been carefully restored to preserve its original charm. The house also features a beautiful courtyard where guests can relax and enjoy themselves. We aim to provide a memorable stay for all of our guests and a warm welcome.

Nikolaos house is located in the upper part of Symi and was recently renovated to host up to 6 persons. The amazing view from the balcony gives you the opportunity to see the harbor and the beauty of the city in another angle. The house contains two bedrooms in the first floor, with each 1 double bed. In addition there are two couches with bed function. There is a new fully equipped kitchen with two dining tables. 2 bathrooms with WC/Shower, and a air condition.

Kantirimi House is a traditionally stone residence, located in the centre of the island of Symi - Gialos, 50 mt from the Harbor, the Symi's central square called ''Kampos'' and the picturesque little bridge called ''Kantirimi'' or ''Gefiraki'' Excellent position: Located at the heart of Symi island, you will find nearby everything you may need, like a pharmacy, restaurants, bakery, mini market, bank, Coffee shops, rent a car, reachable by foot.

Détendez-vous dans ce logement unique et tranquille. La maison comprend une pièce à vivre et une cuisine donnant sur cour. Vous aurez une chambre avec un lit double en mezzanine. Vous pourrez prendre vos repas dans le patio à l'ombre d'un bougainvilliers. Vous avez à l'étage une terrasse avec vue sur le port de Yalos et de Pedi. La maison est à deux minutes à pied de la place du village, des commerces et des restaurants.

SeaMe House, one of the most photographed houses in Symi, is located right on the waterside of “Gialos” in Kato Harani Area. Arriving at the harbor which is surrounded by beautiful hills you may see the house laying in front of you amongst magical layers of background colors and contrasts. Small fishing boats tied on the stone paved deck right in front of it, finish up this spectacular “painting” picture.

A fresh renovation took place in 2022. Brand new kitchen and bathroom, brand new furniture and new design of the space. The house includes the living room which is also the dining room and the two sofas are sofa beds. Next room, is the kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom. The gem of the house is the balcony with an amazing view.

Lemonitissa Villa offer stunning island views and accommodate up to seven guests. Comprised of two apartments, one above the other, they provide a comfortable and scenic retreat. A renovated traditional mansion with wi-fi in the picturesque island of Symi. Sleeps up to 5 persons offering two separate bedrooms. The house is located in the bustling center of Yalos (harbour), but conveniently situated in one of the quiet backstreets.
