It is located in Pireotisa/Agia Triada, a peaceful and noise-free environment area of Symi's upper town (Chorio) overlooking undisturbed views to Aegean sea, Pedi Valley and islands beyond. The terrace offers stunning views and provides a serene escape at any time of the day, making it the perfect spot for relaxation and tranquility.

Blue House divided into two private apartments, located in Harani a lovely quiet area which is just a ten minute walk away from the harbour front, five more minutes takes you to the local beach NOS. To reach this property you will have to climb up about 120 steps off the main road, but well worth the effort for the wonderful sea view looking towards the entrance of the harbour and the opposite side of the island. We restored this old dwelling with great care and respect aiming not to "betray" its history and charm. The upper floor has been reformed to a functional 63 m2 apartment with a private entrance. Simple but elegant, it can accommodate visitors with interest in the culture of a place as expressed through the local craftsmanship; and it will be a great pleasure for us to help them discover Symi in the best way.

The house includes the living room which is also the dining room and the two sofas are sofa beds. Next room, is the kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom. Milias House is located in the seaside village of Pedi in the homonymous bay, 3,5 km from Yalos, Symi's harbor. Milias House can accomodate 8 people in both floors. Ιf you are four people or less, you may b rend one of the two floors. Milias House is right on the sea, in front of, literally on the beach.
