My place is close to public transport, grocery store, river, pine forest, skiing and running trails in the forest, sea, marina. You’ll love my place because of the fresh air and quiet safe surroundings as it is located in a high valued area while being 13 minutes bus/car ride from the centre. The bus stop is a 1 minute walk from the house. You can also enjoy a private entrance with a small terrace. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

This unique penthouse is located in the heart of Tallinn and only a few minutes walk to the medieval Old Town, Viru Keskus and the ferry terminals. The modern building is new, finished in 2022 and is situated inside a city block making it a peaceful and quiet place to stay. There are excellent possibities for dining, culture and shopping close by. One free and private parking space is included right next to the building entrance. Rannamaja on iseseisev maja, mis asub küll samal krundil pererahva suvemajaga, kuid välja rentimise ajal seal kedagi ei ela. Mõlemad majad on piiratud ühtse privaataiaga.
