For the hot days there is an air cooler ( no Aircon), it always cools down at night. No heater inside but it is never too cold in winter. Firewood provided. Cooking on bbq outside! 😊

The accommodation is one large self contained apartment attached to the main home with a private entrance. Its open layout has the beds, lounge room and kitchenette in one large open space. It borders Tathra's famous mountain bike tracks which can be accessed in a few pedal strokes. The beach and local shops are within a short walk. Tathra itself is surrounded by the Mimosa and Bournda National Parks.

The property offers spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and has absolute beach frontage and immediate access (3-minute easy walk) to beach and the Tura beach golf course.
