Ground floor : Here you will find a fully equipped, modern fitted kitchen and a stylishly furnished living room with dining area, a double sofa bed, SAT TV and fireplace, which provides a perfect evening ambience in cold weather. Room 4- is equipped with a closet, 2 single beds 80x200 cm, 2 bedside tables. On request, the single beds can be joined together to form a double bed. Bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, WC and towel radiator is located on the ground floor. A utility room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board is also available here. First Floor: Room 1- is equipped with spacious designer wardrobes, a double bed 180x200 cm, 2 bedside tables and LED TV. Room 2 - is furnished with a French double bed 140x200 cm, closet, bedside table, chest of drawers, LED TV and work desk. From room 1 and 2, you can enjoy the unique view over the village and the Wiesbach valley. Room 3 - is equipped with 2 single beds 90x200cm, bedside table, closet and LED TV. There is also a bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, towel radiator and WC. As the bedrooms can be occupied differently, the following rules apply: 1. the guest chooses the appropriate bedroom himself if possible (e.g. room 1 for 2 persons). 2. other “bedrooms” are not available. 3. the house is only occupied by the person ordering and their companions. Example: A couple orders the house for 5 days, chooses bedroom 1, for two persons, remaining bedrooms are not prepared. All other rooms (living room, bathrooms, kitchen, etc.) are available to the couple. On each floor there are terraces with dining and seating facilities and a wonderful panoramic view. The house is located right on the edge of the forest. It is built on a slope and is therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Infants up to the age of 2 stay free of charge in their parents' bed. Children in the garden must be supervised. Pets are only allowed on request.

Ohren - An oasis of tranquility in the countryside

An unique tranquil living space can comfortably accomodate 2-7 persons. Furnishings include queen size beds, bright pool room and an inviting bar. Glass doors open up onto wooden terraces and a koi pond. An adjacent grill under a vine-covered pergola overlooks a large (1400sqm) well-kept garden. It has a private entrance with ample parking. We live on the top floor of the house, but we give our guests their space and guests have most of the garden to themselves. Easily accessible from the A3.

Machen Sie Urlaub im luxuriösen Ambiente unseres Gästehauses. Es ist Teil unseres Weingutes SCHOTTENHOF und in unserem Wirtschaftsgebäude integriert. Der nächste Nachbar ist ca. 100m entfernt. Die 4ha große Hofreite liegt idyllisch inmitten der Weinberge und ist zu zwei Seiten ebenerdig erreichbar. Sie können vom Hof aus direkt mit Wanderungen oder Radtouren starten. Die Küche ist für Selbstversorgung inklusive Weinkühlschrank komplett ausgestattet. Bierpong-Party-People bitte nicht buchen!

Abseits von kurzlebigen Trends und Massenware steht unsere Unterkunft für Langlebigkeit, Individualität und bedachtes Upcycling. Um zu zeigen, dass eine neue Gestaltung nicht unbedingt teuer sein muss. Urlaub in herrlicher Natur im Herzen des Rheingaus in der Nähe des Weinguts Schloß Vollrads und Schloss Johannisberg in Stephanshausen. Du darfst dich in meinem freistehenden Haus mit Garten wie zu Hause fühlen! Unbezahlbar aber trotzdem inkludiert: der traumhafte Blick auf eine Pferdekoppel und über den Rhein hinaus. Von hier aus kannst du herrliche Wanderungen starten. In kurzer Zeit bist du bei Schloß Johannisberg, Rüdesheim mit Drosselgasse, Kloster und Burgenromantik.

The apartment is also ideally located for attending a concert at the Loreley open-air theatre.

Fachwerkhaus Bacharach plus Parkplatz

Modernes Design trifft auf Geschichte. Das denkmalgeschütze Haus steht, umgeben von Weinbergen, im Stadtteil Steeg direkt unterhalb der Burg Stahleck. Diese besondere Unterkunft hat einen ganz eigenen Stil: Ökologische Materialien wie Lehm und Holz geben dem Haus einen einzigartigen Flair und ein unübertreffliches Raumklima. Das 1622 erbaute Fachwerkhaus ist modern eingerichtet. Ein Holz- und Pelletofen sorgt für eine besondere abendliche Wohlfühlatmosphäre.

BALTHASAR RESS Guesthouse am Rebhang im Rheingau

Das "Balthasar Ress Guesthouse" ist das Gästehaus des renommierten Weinguts Balthasar Ress im Rheingau. Vornehmlich für eigene Gäste des Weinguts konzipiert, steht es auch manchmal anderen Gästen zur Verfügung. Das Architektenhaus liegt in der Siedlung "Rebhang", eine der exklusivsten und schönsten Wohnlagen im Weinanbaugebiet Rheingau. Die Siedlung liegt auf rund 400m Höhe, rund 300m über dem Rhein und ist umgeben von Wiesen, Weinbergen und dem Wald.

Zimmer mit eigenem Bad und separatem Eingang

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in Dotzheim-Kohlheck, mit schnellem Zugang zum Wald. Das Zimmer mit Bad ist ca. 19 m² groß und verfügt über einen Arbeitsplatz mit guter W-Lan Anbindung. Das Bett hat eine Liegefläche von 140 x 200m. Die nächstgelegene Bushaltestelle erreichen Sie in ca. 5 Gehminuten und die Innenstadt ist ca. 10 Fahrminuten entfernt. Den nächsten Rewe oder Bäcker mit Frühstücks Möglichkeit erreichen Sie in 10 Gehminuten.

Cottage im schönen Hattenheim

Das Cottage (ca. 70qm) ist ein umgebauter Stall und steht unter Denkmalschutz. Es ist umgeben von Weinbergen, Weingütern, Restaurants und nur 5 Gehminuten zum Rhein. Grundsätzlich ist es nur für 2 Personen geeignet. Das Cottage ist komplett ausgestattet wie z.B. Waschmaschine/Trockner, Sodastreamer, internetfähiges TV, WLAN, Loungemöbel auf der Terrasse und viele Extras. Haustiere sind herzlich willkommen :-)
