La maison est au coeur du village médiéval de Tivegna, à 15 km de Spezia, en pleine nature. La maison est sur deux étages, restaurée dans son style original. Sur la place du village, il y a un parking à 100 mètres de la maison. Il y a quelques étapes pour y arriver. La maison dispose d'une cuisine, de trois chambres doubles, chacune avec sa propre salle de bain privée. L'entrée est indépendante. Il est fortement recommandé d'arriver en voiture.
