This is an Apartment /Mother in law suite that is connected to my home. You have a separate Front and Back door. One bedroom, Full kitchen, queen bed, and queen sofa bed in the livingroom. Park in the driveway next to my van You might hear the sounds of kids playing next door. Outdoor and Sun porch are shared space that includes a huge in-ground pool, beautiful screened in sun porch, outdoor dining, fire pit, hot tub, and trampoline. The pool is closed, and will reopen Middle of April.

Off street parking is available. On bus route: convenient public transportation to downtown. Close to everything in the center of Greater Cincinnati. Owner lives next door.
