Located 1/4 mile from the main house on the Meyers Ranch, it is private and did we mention the view?

Great fishing off our backyard, lake and on creeks. All one story plenty of parking! Ping Pong table, board games and movies. Bring the water toys. This is a 570 sq ft building with BR, BA and living area. It is located in beautiful Indian Valley. Lots of wildlife including deer, turkey, bear, and geese. The Kitchenette has a coffee and tea maker, refrigerator, hot plate, electric skillet and microwave, and should have enough tools for you to make simple meals. I also provide a grill on the patio, some outdoor furniture so guests may enjoy coffee, tea, in the morning or another beverage while watching the stars at night.

We are a pet-friendly dwelling and welcome all pets who have good house manners. As we do live upstairs with 3 pets - there will be some footsteps from time to time. This unit stays nice and cool in the summer and there are heaters to keep warm in the winter. There is lots of space to socialize and a full kitchen to utilize. Whether traveling for work or pleasure - The Storybook Suite will provide a cozy mountain farm retreat.

Come stay in the guest house at Oak Knoll. Property is serene with oak trees surrounding it and views overlooking Dillengers pond and valley. Short walking distance to downtown Quincy where the local shops and restaurants are located. Guest house has own separate entrance with designated parking spot. Has nice outside porch with sitting area. Large studio room with bathroom attached and contains kitchenette and large closet.

Gold, Trains, Ghosts and Rock'n'Roll A short walk to the Feather River and the best sand beach on the river! Swimming, kayaking, and fishing are all available in the area.
