Enjoy some quiet time on a 20 acre organic farm located about 15 miles south of downtown Bakersfield with easy access off highway 99 and secure parking. The pond features two docks, outdoor shower & plenty of grass to play on. Enjoy some time in the pond with the provided paddleboards and kayaks or try some fishing. The home on the property features 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom. There are working dogs on property - because of this, it is not a safe environment for emotional support/service animals.

It's in a separate building from our home so you have privacy. We're in a great, central location to enjoy the downtown area or Stallion Springs/Bear Valley areas. The Farmhouse on Beech main residence

Enjoy a nice stay at our centrally located newly remodeled Farmhouse on Beech residence. Near 99/58/178. Close to downtown hospitals, convention center, courts. No use of backyard due to SECOND unit space shares Common wall. Kitchen is lightly furnished for small cooking. Microwave. Toaster. Coffee pot. Wash and Dry in unit. supply room is locked in center of home. We occasionally access thru outside back door. Street parking only. Phone number required for checkin info. NoPetsHighlyAllergic

Stallion Springs Hilltop

We are located in Stallion Springs about 14 miles from the town of Tehachapi ( local grocery stores are in town). We have a cozy guest apartment, located above the garage and detached from the main house. The apt will sleep 4 (2 on the fold out sofa-we also have a feather bed that can be added- and 2 on the double air mattress). We provide coffee/tea, and laundry services for guests as needed. Please note-we air the space out between 24-48 hours between guests and provide contactless entry.
