Our mountain sanctuary

Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

Mountain View Cottage in East Tennessee

If you're a remote worker, traveling RN, or need a base while you look for property (Aaron is a licensed TN realtor), this cozy cottage will be your respite. This cottage has a peaceful country setting but is close to the tri-cities. From the front porch, you’ll see a gorgeous mountain view! Mid-term rentals are preferred, but short-term rentals are considered. We strongly encourage purchasing AirBnB Insurance because we do not do refunds for cancellations. Dogs are considered, but no cats.

The Eggplant Cottage

The Eggplant Cottage is a quaint gem located in historic downtown Jonesborough, Tennessee - the oldest town in the state. With a two minute walk into town, you can spend your evenings like a local by going to the distillery, catching live music, or sitting on the porch listening to the train (note: train is active and close to property!). 🚂 Check out local events by searching “Jonesborough Tennessee Calendar” in your search engine. Very light and airy space. Second story apartment that sits on a three acre property minutes from historic Jonesborough. Self check in. . You will find towels; extra sheets; cleaning supplies, fully stocked kitchen. Please be aware that we have dogs that bark. Pets are allowed limit one dog or cat. . NO SMOKING. NOT suitable for small children. Available for long term rental as well. $50 PET FEE PER PET, ESA and Service animals welcome for same fee.

Quiet cottage in town

Guest cottage on a large, quiet lot in town. Convenient to ETSU, Mountain Home VA, Johnson City Medical Center, and just minutes from downtown Johnson City or Historic Jonesborough. This is a stand-alone tiny house that shares a driveway with my home. The cottage has a full bath with laundry, kitchen, a queen bed in the main bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room. Ample off street parking for bigger vehicles or those pulling a trailer.

Chestnut Ridge Retreat

Guest love the peace and the views here at our retreat. Enjoy a morning or evening in the hot tub, sun on the pool deck and swim in warm weather. Build a fire and relax in the pavilion by the fireplace or sit around the fire pit. Guests comment that they sleep so well in the room. Walk to property to see the chickens, horse and donkey. Just a great place to just relax!

Chic Basement Cottage in the Woods

Quiet rural neighborhood with a country feel. Four miles to restaurants and super market, less than 30 minutes to Bristol Raceway. Around the corner from Appalachian Fairgrounds. Lots of hiking, walking, museums, historical sites, colleges, local breweries and eats! Air and water purification systems provided. Patio with fire pit and a view of the forest.

Woodland Hideaway Camper

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Tucked in the outsides of charming Jonesborough, this camper has a unique and homey feel that will make you never want to leave. Less than 10 minutes from downtown Jonesborough and 20 minutes from Johnson City. Take a hike in our fenced and wooded 2 acres. Pick some blackberries. Do some meditation!

My Hope Home #1

A spacious two-bedroom house (duplex). Only 5 minutes from ETSU. Only 3 minutes from the VA hospital. About 7 minutes from downtown Johnson City. Close to Food City, Aldi and restaurants. Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra steps to clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces between reservations.

Wallingford Plantation

This is a recently built 2 bedroom farm house on 76 acres of land with awesome views of the mountains. The views are breath taking. The history of the house is remarkable also originally built in 1832 in Wallingford KY and we moved it here in 2021
