Beautiful spacious apartment. Nice location and easily accessible and very short distance from bus stop. Will definitely come back and l do highly recommend to others.

Hier hebben we een geweldig verlengd weekend gehad! Pal in het centrum van Malmedy, verswinkel aan overkant van de straat, bakker en restaurants op wandelafstand. Appartement zelf is niets op aan te merken, alles tip top! Communicatie met de hosts verliep heel vlot, vriendelijk en steeds een snelle reactie. Hier komen we graag terug!

Leider waren wir (zwei Erwachsene, zwei Kinder) nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise in Liège. Aber die Wohnung ist wirklich super! Mit schönem Stil eingerichtet und trotzdem modern ausgestattet. Die Lage ist auch gut: zu Fuß ist man gleich im Stadtzentrum und bei den Restaurants, das Auto kann man im modernen Parkhaus „Parking Carré - Jonfosse“ nur 200 m entfernt zu einem moderaten Preis abstellen. Wir können die Unterkunft also wärmstens empfehlen!

Verblijf is beter dan op de foto’s. Super leuke locatie in de stad te verkennen of om te vertrekken op je wandeling. Heel snelle en duidelijke communicatie ! Top!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Very central - right opposite the church, in central Spa. Shops and restaurants were all walking distance. After spending the rest of our trip in cramped hotel rooms, it was so good to have extra space - the apartment has a large living-dining room and three well sized bedrooms. We had a great stay.

Mooie locatie in een rustig dorp. Ideaal voor wandelingen (opletten in het jachtseizoen!) Parking voor 3 wagens, modern comfortabel huis met de nodige voorzieningen. De verhuurder was helder in zijn communicatie.

Charmante maison de campagne et grand jardin, avec tout le confort plus quelques petites attentions. Parfait pour découvrir les Hautes Fagnes. Les propositions de randonnées et balades à pied ou à vélo sont vraiment les bienvenues. On en a vraiment profité avec nos deux filles. On recommande !

Marie-Thérèse and Andre were a great friendly hosts. The have a very charming and spacious house. We have a great time staying at there place. Children were having so much fun. They have sweet pets Minou the cat and Basti the dog. They also have 2 horses and 2 goats. I feel nostalgic from my childhood memories. It feels like home. It was a very nice unforgettable memories. Thank you so much. I highly recommend the place.

Geweldig mooi en moderne accommodatie. Alles was zoals beschreven en we kregen duidelijke instructies van de eigenaar. Contact tussendoor was ook goed en hij reageerde snel. Echt een top verblijf!

Geweldig huis! De kinderen genoten van de tuin, het speelgoed en de pooltafel. En de volwassenen zaten rustig in een prachtige omgeving. Eetgelegenheden en supermarkten zijn op loopafstand. Je hebt een zeer mooi zicht op het kasteel, dat ook de moeite is om te bezoeken. Keuken is erg goed uitgerust. De aanwezige koffie is heerlijk! Slapen doe je in een rustige omgeving op zeer goede matrassen bedden. Bedankt, Joan! We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf en komen graag terug!

We kijken terug op een paar zeer ontspannende dagen in Gîtes Doyard, ofwel het verblijf van verhuurder Bert. Het contact is van begin af aan al goed, de woning ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien, de ligging is werkelijk fantastisch. De groot aangelegen tuin, waar zich in afgeschermd gebied de riante jacuzzi bevind, nodigt tijdens mooie lente dagen uit om de hele dag in door te brengen. Maar bezoek ook vooral de omgeving: Houffalize, Bastogne (indrukwekkend oorlogsmuseum) Durbuy en La Roche zijn enkele aanbevelingen. Ook wij sluiten ons aan in het rijtje terugkerende bezoekers voor dit fijne vakantiehuis in de Ardennen. Merci Bert!

Stunning place, and the most homely Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in :) Completely spotless and it really has everything you could ever need. The garden is big and quiet, looking over the fields. Supermarket nearby. Easy parking and handy garage space if you’re coming with bikes or a pushchair. Overall we love it and Anja has been really responsive and helpful!

Pour une première expérience BnB, je n'ai pas du tout été déçu. Sergio est un hôte amical, souriant, toujours à votre écoute et avec qui vous pourriez parler pendant des heures. L'appartement est propre, à proximité des magasins et dans un coin très calme de la ville. La seule petite ombre au tableau (mais qui est totalement indépendante de Sergio) est la pénibilité de l'ouverture des serrures. On peut y passer parfois plusieurs minutes avant de réussir à ouvrir l'une des 2 portes obligatoires pour accéder à son chez-soi. Il est urgent que le propriétaire de l'immeuble intervienne. Sur ce, j'ai bientôt une bière à boire avec Sergio :-)

We had a comfortable stay at this Airbnb. The furniture was clean, in good condition, and sufficient for our needs. The house was well-equipped, with everything we needed readily available. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the private parking was a great convenience. The view from the property was lovely, and the heating worked perfectly, keeping us cozy. The sofa bed was good for sitting, but for sleeping, it wasn’t very comfortable—it made noise and wasn’t in the best shape. The bedroom, however, was comfortable and well-suited for a good night’s sleep. Overall, it’s a nice place with plenty of positive aspects.

Faye a été extrêmement arrangeante (encore merci). L’appartement est super bien situé et la place de garage est un plus indéniable pour Louvain.

Sandra and Sebastian are really nice host, very responsive and flexible. The apartment is very stylish with everything clean and neat. Everything match the description. My parents had a nice long stay 😊
