Nous sommes une famille berlinoise et louons avec succès une partie de notre appartement depuis neuf ans. Sur 38 m², nous créons de la place pour trois adultes ou une famille. Le logement comprend une chambre à coucher, un salon-cuisine avec un canapé-lit ainsi qu'une salle de bain. Chaque chambre a sa propre porte afin de vous offrir intimité et confort. Que ce soit pour une courte visite ou un séjour plus long, nos locaux sont le refuge parfait pour s'éloigner de l'agitation de la grande ville

Gemütliches Studio mit Berliner Altbaucharme und modernem Bad inkl. Wellnessdusche und großer Badewanne. Das Studio ist in einem schönen ruhigen Innenhof und dennoch gut gelegen. Für Geschäftsreisende, Paare und auch Familien mit (kleinen) Kindern geeignet; zusätzlich ausziehbares Bett vorhanden und Beistellbett für Babies/Kleinkinder möglich. Die moderne Küchenzeile bietet eine gute Ausstattung zum Kochen leckerer Gerichte. Außerdem sind Geschirrspülmaschine und Waschtrockner vorhanden.

3 Charming 2 Room Apartment in Berlin Mitte

This charming apartment in the heart of Berlin is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, shops, galleries and museums, yet quiet. It is lovingly planned and furnished. The apartment can accommodate 4 people. The bedroom is small but has a 160x200 double bed. The living room is equipped with a cosy sitting corner including a 140x200 sleeping sofa. Please know the sofa is not as comfortable as a propper bed. We finally got an elevator! The way to metro, bus and tram stations is short.

Ein ehemaliges Ladenlokal wurde ausgebaut zu einem Wohlfühl-Apartment mitten in Berlin Kreuzberg. Hofseitig, hell, begrünt und ruhig. Das Haus ist liebevoll saniert und hat eine nette Nachbarschaft. Die Umgebung bietet vielfältige und erlebnisreiche Straßen mit Restaurants, Cafes und kleinen Läden. Der Supermarkt gegenüber und ein "24h-Späti" versprechen kurze Einkaufswege. Es gibt eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung! (Potsdamer Platz, Hauptbahnhof, Mitte und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten)

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Genieße das einfache Leben in dieser ruhigen und zentral gelegenen Unterkunft. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem neu sanierten Seitenfluegel aus dem Jahr 1873. Das Haus lässt sich über das Vorderhaus an der Mittenwalderstrasse 8 erschließen und liegt im ruhigen Innenhof. Die ca. 60 qm große Wohnung befindet sich im Hochparterre und ist über das Treppenhaus erreichbar.
