Une oasis de bien-être ! Cette impressionnante maison de vacances, partiellement alimentée par l’énergie solaire (12 panneaux photovoltaïques), dotée de 4 chambres avec vue sur la mer, piscine privée chauffée et jacuzzi, offre tout ce qu’on peut attendre de vacances parfaites, reposantes et confortables pour une grande famille ou un groupe d’amis. Située dans un quartier résidentiel calme et sûr face à la plage d’Ensenada Pelada, elle bénéficie d’une grande terrasse avec un coin salon cosy sous une pergola romantique en bois, de transats pour profiter du climat idéal des Canaries, d’un espace repas également protégé par une pergola et d’un grand barbecue. Le salon très spacieux avec cuisine américaine est entièrement équipé d’appareils électroménagers y compris un système de filtration d’eau. Trois chambres doubles et un studio indépendant avec climatisation, deux lits doubles et sa propre salle de bain attenante, deux salles de bain complètes supplémentaires avec douches et, l’une d’entre elles, avec baignoire balnéo avec vue sur la mer, garantissent l’intimité de tous les hôtes. Tu trouveras aussi un ensemble complet de serviettes. Vous apprécierez chaque recoin de cette propriété si particulière, aussi bien ses installations extérieures que son mobilier intérieur chaleureux et confortable. Vous trouverez également une buanderie indépendante avec lave-linge et sèche-linge, un coffre-fort et un système d’alarme. Le centre d’El Médano est accessible en quelques minutes en voiture. En raison de la proximité de la plage naturelle protégée d’Ensenada Pelada, nous avertissons les hôtes que lors de journées très venteuses, d’importantes quantités de sable peuvent se trouver dans la zone de la piscine, ce qui pourrait affecter l’esthétique. En raison de la proximité de l’aéroport de Tenerife Sud, il peut y avoir occasionnellement du bruit de trafic aérien. La surface totale construite de la maison est de 190 m², studio inclus. Le terrain fait 350 m². La piscine mesure 7,50 m × 3,60 m et sa profondeur est de 1,60 m/1,70 m, sauf à l’entrée où sur une surface d’environ 2 m² elle est d’environ 35 cm. Sont inclus dans la prestation : wi‑fi fibre optique, milliers de chaînes TV internationales, linge de lit, serviettes, serviettes de plage, sèche-cheveux et kit de repassage. Nous informons nos hôtes que cette maison de vacances dispose d’un système de surveillance avec caméras de sécurité visibles dans les parties communes extérieures, afin de vous offrir plus de sécurité pendant votre séjour. Les caméras à l’intérieur de la propriété n’enregistrent PAS d’images ; elles ont uniquement pour fonction la détection de mouvement et l’éventuelle activation de l’alarme. Nous vous rappelons aimablement qu’il s’agit d’une propriété résidentielle. Nous vous demandons donc de respecter les horaires de silence (de 15h00 à 17h00 et de 22h00 à 8h00), de vous abstenir d’organiser des fêtes et de ne pas fumer à l’intérieur du logement. À cette fin, nous proposons un service de transfert vers et depuis l’aéroport, uniquement sur demande préalable et moyennant un coût supplémentaire. This house is inside a Banana Plantation & Little Group of Houses which Star is a "Really Heated" Pool ideal for swimming, as its size is 13 m x 5 m. On the very south of Tenerife, this banana plantation has been there for more than 100 years. Pool is shared with a few more houses. There is also a BBQ area and reading room near the shared pool. Free Mineral water + Spring water dispenser. A recent guest mentioned: "you can go and explore the banana plantation freely: its an unreal experience".
