Shiloh Cottage

Slow down and experience country life on our little plot of land. The cottage is located on our 6 acre property with a tree-lined view with cows in the pasture from the front porch and a sweet view of the ducks in the pond and sheep grazing from the bedroom window. We have two Great Pyrenees dogs, a cat, and chickens. There might be occasional barking. If prolonged, we will bring them in. Fully stocked kitchen. There is always plenty of coffee, coffee creamer, and homemade scones for breakfast.

The Cabin at GoodSoil Farm is the perfect solo get-a-way from it all! This cozy hand built log cabin is just right for reading, reflecting, retreating, or just resting. Perched on the side of a cliff with spectacular views of the mountains of the Cumberland Plateau and Sequatchie Valley, Cliffside is a unique contemporary Scandinavian-style property. Unwind with a soak in the hot tub, sunset on the deck, a chat around the firepit, or kayaking on the nearby lake. Located on Dayton Mountain near many hiking trails, it is only a 20-minute drive to Dayton.

Hemlock Cottage - An enchanting place to stay!

Hemlock is a quaint cottage nestled in a forest of Hemlock trees! The porch is a tranquil spot where you look out over the the woodlands beyond. While you relax on the porch keep a lookout for wildlife which include whitetail deer, turkey and foxes. At night, turn on the bistro lights that hang in the trees and enjoy a relaxing evening in the woods by a fire. Watermore cottage is located next door if you are looking for more room, you can rent both cottages. Pet fee of $30 max 2 dogs.

Whispering Oak Secret Hideaway

Whispering Oak was lovingly built in 1908 by the Mothershed family. It is adorned by a massive Oak tree that holds a swing. We have divided the house into two private apartments. Secret Hideaway is on the right. There are 3 spacious rooms. Living/dining with adjoining kitchenette, large bedroom with closet with en-suite luxurious bathroom with walk in shower. There a lovely front porch with swing that provides amazing sunset views and a beautiful backyard with large covered portico.

Breakfast provided the first day includes fresh fruit, a half dozen eggs, and muffins, coffee and tea.

Loft Retreat in Nashville's Germantown/Downtown

Bring your fishing rods and kayaks! You will want to extend your stay at this Little River oasis. We built this guesthouse just for visiting guests to enjoy. It has been professionally decorated with handpicked items including some nice vintage and antique finds. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the huge deck overlooking the river. This home is close to everything including the Knoxville airport, the Smoky Mountains, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
