Our studio apartment offers a great combination of location and relaxation.This two story apartment is separate from the main house located 1.1 miles south of the Square on Main Street in downtown Franklin. There is a private office space on the first floor. Up a flight of stairs is a private modern bathroom, studio style open floor plan with spacious bedroom with a full bed and a daybed, a fully equipped kitchen and den with ample seating. Off the den is a spacious, private deck with seating.

This 1,200 sq foot loft on the historic West Side of Cookeville will be the perfect spot for your getaway. It boasts a full-size kitchen, a lofted one bedroom and a bathroom with full laundry accessibility. The loft is situated on the second level of a building on Broad St. w/ a private staircase and furnished patio. The West Side has plenty of local shops, restaurants, coffee shops and breweries that are all just steps away. It is located within half a mile from CRMC and within a mile of TTU.

The Cedar Loft is a beautiful space in the country nestled on 40 acres with a fantastic view. Conveniently close to I-40 with a driving time of 35 min. to the Nashville airport or 45 min. downtown Nashville. This brand new above garage loft has a private entrance. Kitchen offers granite counters, fridge, microwave, oven, and dishwasher. For laundry there is a washer/dryer combo. We offer wifi, have good cellular reception and offer an assortment of DVDs and board games.

After 10 years of success, the owners felt that it was time to downsize and create a rental space for others to enjoy. The retail space is still located below with home accessories, seasonal decór, and clothing.
