Overall very good and a much better location than most others. The place is a quite small but you are absolutely paying for the location which is walkable to the CN Tower and close to at least 2 streetcar stations. Overall, had all the amenities listed and a very communicative host.

We lived here for 20 days, the landlord respond speed is very quick, nobody bother us, provide everything we need, the kitchen appliances is very complete, 👍👍👍 the house is very convenient to each region if you are also in a business trip, Newmarket, King city, Markham, Vaughan is close to Richmood hill within half an hour driving distance, Brampton, Toronto downtown, Mississauga , Milton, Hamilton within 1 hour, Niagara Falls 2 hours, The nearby ESSO within 300 meters, You can find some restaurants within 20 minutes driving distance, few restaurants within 5-10 minutes, Everything is good, hope the landlord business better and better!
