Brighton & Hove's first and only micro-pub, is only 5 or so minutes walk from here. Very friendly little place serving locally produced ales from the cask. Also cider, wine and sausage rolls!
This is Brighton and Hove's first micropub and the microbrewery is fantastic! There is always a fantastic selection of ales, IPA's and porters as well as interesting ciders. The last trip their I had a delicious porter #5 made by the local brewer Beercraft and my fried enjoyed an Rhubarb Seacider, which was equally tasty in a very different way.
The Watchmaker’s Arms is the first micropub in Brighton & Hove, in fact in East Sussex. Located just south of Hove station it is very easy to reach by public transport and there is lots of street parking around. The pub is owned and run by two couples, Ruth & Rick Evans and Ali & Dave White. The Watchmaker’s closely follows the micropub model so you will always find five cask ales, mostly from Sussex, and four local ciders as well as red and white wine available.
