You can have dinner and get a chance to listen to shamisen (a three-stringed Japanese musical instrument played like a guitar) at this place. Waentei Kikko - is near Sensoji temple in Asakusa. Lunch prices are below Yen 4,000 and you get to enjoy the show =) Dinner features kaiseki sets and fugu (pufferfish)!
