Please note our condo sleeps 6 adults and 4 children. Please do not book for more than 6 adults. Our townhouse is located in Clearbrook, a 5 minute shuttle ride to Loon Mountain. It has 3 levels and offers an open living/dining/kitchen area, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and an open loft area with a queen sleeper sofa. Great for large or two families. Large picture windows with beautiful views of the mountains and a spacious modern layout. The house sleeps a maximum of 6 adults (2/bed) and 4 children.

Our New Hampshire condo is in the Jack O'Lantern Resort which is located right off of exit 30 on I-93. It is 2 hours from Boston and less than 3 from Providence. Located on an 18 hole golf course, there is both an indoor and an outdoor pool as well as tennis courts, basketball, and play areas. We are very close to hiking, biking, Loon Mountain, Cannon Mountain, Polar Caves, Lost River, Whale's Tale, and many other attractions. This is a great place for all families! Sorry, no pets allowed.

This four season, townhouse located in Waterville Estates off I93 has stunning views from the living and dining room, kitchen area, all bedrooms and the deck. All brand new furniture and mattresses. The main level features an open concept as well as a master bedroom with a full bath. Lower level has two bedrooms, large family room, full bath and laundry. there is also a large loft area with a brand new memory foam futon that turns into a queen bed. Ceiling fans throughout house /two A/C Units.
