We had a lovely stay the location is stunning on the river with amazing views from the hot tub. The property itself is great, lovely bedrooms and communal spaces. The balcony is lovely to set and relax. We have already booked to go again .

This place was fantastic. Everything you need for a party is there. The communication with the host was slow but I was told he was hospitalised and very sick. Hope you get well soon Andrew. The price for it was alot for a day I wish I could chek in around 11am or noon to have more time in the place. Nothing to complain about the place. very clean and it was full of everything you need. I was celebrating my 30th Birthday and I wish I could get discounts for this place to come again and again for more parties 🥳.

Had a fantastic stay. The cottage was just like a home from home. The garden like something straight from the secret garden book! Wanda was extremely welcoming of our dogs! Would highly recommend

This was probably one of the best Air B and B’s we’ve stayed in, it just felt like home. The love that Matt has put into this cottage is so clear, from the little touches, the amazing smell when you walked in, to the digital guidebook which is carefully curated to provide information of the surrounding area and details about the cottage. Everything was exceptional standard and felt so carefully thought of, even down to the Japanese Toilet in the bathroom! Just amazing. I would recommend this Air B and B to anyone and I can’t wait to return ☺️ thanks again, Matt.

Had a great stay at Geoffrey’s place! It was clean, quirky, and full of thoughtful touches—like biscuits and water bowls for the dogs, which was such a lovely surprise. Really appreciated the warm welcome and attention to detail. Would happily stay again!

What can I say , a brilliant experience from start to finish! Lyndsay was a great host , super responsive and helpful throughout , with lots of helpful information regarding the property and surrounding area. The place itself was fantastically decorated and lovely and light , and there was more than enough room for us all (6 Adults and 4 Children). The Kitchen Dining area is a brilliant space to spend time together. The Garden is huge and an ideal outdoor space for games , a bbq or drinks in the Sun , and the garage having a Pingpong table and additional games too was a nice touch. Heating controls were very easy to use and once set , the place soon warms up quickly. It was very easy to find and there is plenty of parking space and the local pub is just a short walk through the churchyard. We chose to have lunch there and it was dead nice and reasonably priced. Overall , Lyndsay was fantastic and so was the Accommodation, the only negative was having to leave! 😁

We had a fabulous stay at Baye House, our daughter got married at Tymperleys, which was only a 5 minute walk away. The house itself is amazing, I loved the furnishings and stylish art work. The dining table seats 16 as was put to full use as my chef daughter hosted a pre-wedding meal for the families, the two kitchens which had everything you could ever need was a bonus, as was the beautiful garden. The bedrooms are large and comfortable and Annie was a kind and helpful host. All in all, we loved the experience and it made the wedding even more special.

We enjoyed a peaceful relaxing time at Lime Tree Lodge. Very comfortable accommodation and great having the hot tub.

We had a wonderful stay. The flat is really close to the beach and looks even better in reality than the pictures. And Barbara is a fabulous host- very responsive, and she was really helpful about a couple of matters.

We had a lovely weekend at Walton on the Naze. The apartment is extremely clean, cosy and homely. The location is excellent, close to the beach and High Street.

Really beautiful flat, great location for exploring nearby restaurants and bars. There can be a little noise from diners outside Pizza Express, but I found if you put on the fan in the bedroom it drowns it out. Great communication from host, arranged for someone to meet us with the key and show us in. Parking space is a bonus in this central location and is in a secure garage. Recommended property and host.

Lovely, peaceful and spacious flat with vintage touches, in a very central location close to restaurants, shops, the seafront and the many walks and places to visit around Aldeburgh. Great for couples or families. Managing Agents very responsive to any requests. Would highly recommend!

Lovely cosy flat with everything you needed with lovely surroundings. Julia was a great very friendly host very helpful. Really enjoyed our stay would recommend her flat as a great place to stay.

We loved this place, brilliant wrap around veranda, spacious airy rooms, peaceful but with most of the appliances from home...even a tv in the bedroom! The kitchen is great but if you don't fancy cooking there is the hotel 10 mins walk away with two bars serving food and if you go after 7pm you can call for a shuttle to take you there and back for free. It's like getting a lovely break in the country with tv, WiFi and a pub/ restaurant nearby if you get bored of all the nature! The staff at the hotel were lovely and the food was great.
