Welcome to your private guest suite, created from a thoughtful garage conversion that’s attached to our home. You’ll have your own entrance with driveway parking right next to the door( check-in). The suite is set in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, giving you privacy while still being part of a family home. For comfort, air conditioning and heating are centrally controlled from our side of the home. We keep the temperature within 72 - 76 summer. Gladly adjust to your comfort.

The Bungalow is located on the 7 acre Pratt Ranch in Three Rivers, CA. The view from your private deck is looking right at a series of rapids on the Kaweah River. You can hear the river as you sleep. Perfect for 2 people, can accommodate 3 with optional roll out bed.
